Very cute!
Didn’t fade after washing and very adorable. Good quality. My daughter is on the smaller side, about 22 pounds and will be 2 in the fall and I got the 12 month which is what she averages if a 12-18 month is not available. It fit her very well and she seemed very comfortable and happy to wear it. It was just slightly on the shorter side, just right above the knee, so I did add shorts underneath. She is 2’8.

Great quality little dress!! Very cute, perfect size, not crap material. My 2yr old doesn't have enough hair for the scrunchie but uses as a bracelet when she wears her Elmo tutu (dress)! Highly recommended!!

Soft, cute but neck hole is small
I bought this for my daughter's second birthday, specifically for her to wear at her party. I bought it in 2T and it fit her body perfectly but the neck was just too small. I had to really struggle to get it over her head and she got upset while I did it. There wasn't any give to the material either. If I'd known the neck ran small, I'd have ordered a size up. Otherwise, it was adorable and she loved it. Unfortunately, we only got one wear out of it.
