I'm feeling those good vibrations!
LOVEEEEEEEE this vibration plate. It is my first one so I have nothing to compare it to-it makes my back feel so good and helps with lymphatic drainage.

Love my jiggly gem
First off, I don’t understand many of the reviews claiming this machine is hard to use or that it shuts off after 10 minutes. The instructions clearly state that the machine is not meant to be used for more than 10 minutes at a time, which is exactly why it automatically turns off. If you read the instructions or even do a little research on the machine, it explains the reasoning behind this feature. I’ve also seen complaints about the nubs being too hard, but they’re actually designed that way. They target the pressure points on the bottom of your feet, which is part of how the machine works. Overall, this machine works really well. It’s very quiet, easy to use, and I’ve personally noticed a big improvement in my legs, especially with cellulite, and even my balance has improved since using it.

Very beneficial with my fibromyalgia
I have Fibromyalgia and Im a nurse... working 12 hr days. Its tough at times. I have found relief with using this vibration plate. I may start my day with 10-20 minutes and/or end it with the same. I use it about 5x a week. If my restless leg is really bad, I will get out of bed and use it for 10 minutes and then my legs relax. Everyone is different but I find it beneficial.

Good plate for the price, but if you have sensitive feet, I would find another one. The points on the pad that are supposed to be designed for massage, are actually painful, and take away from the overall plate. If you are already unsteady on the plate, it makes it worse. Just a heads up.
