This fireplace is pretty amazing. We got the 60” with the remote/app combination. First, it was extremely easy to install. We recently just built this entertainment wall and we did was make a cut in the plywood with the exact measurements, inserted the fireplace and anchored it down with the nails that were included. No need to make a brace for it because it is pretty lightweight.Second, when it’s movie night and lights are dim, this fireplace really shines! It’s super bright and I love how you could change colors of the flames and the bed to match the vibe you want.Third, the remote is pretty simple and easy to use.Fourth, we have not used the app at all. Just feel like it is overkill but my wife wanted it ….Lastly, we only got it for the aesthetic but we tested out the heating function and it actually works very well, and surprisingly is not noisy.All in all, this is a perfect fireplace to meet all your needs weather it is for aesthetic, heating a room/living room or want something easy to install.

The biggest seller for this fireplace for me was that it works with Alexa and Google home. I have it synced with my lights and Alexa so they all shut off at once. Mild noise on specific settings (light setting 3) but the others are virtually quiet. The heat works decent enough on my test run of it. (It will still sound like it's blowing when you shut it off but I guess that's it's cooling fans after) No weird smells, lots of color settings. I downloaded the app and can control the colors from there, great second option in case you ever lose the remote. For reference I have the 68" fireplace and the tv is an 83" LG G3. If you are looking to buy for under your TV, go with a length longer or just as close to the length of your TV. Assembly was straight forward as well.

This fireplace, heater is so adorable. It is small but very powerful. I love the new safety feature if it gets knocked over it turns off. The flames are so relaxing. I also love that it has multiple setting for temperature and blower speed. You can even turn the flames off. I don’t want to. I give this product 10 stars! Great price! It looks small / compact but it works just as well if not better than the larger one I got before. Love love love this!!! I bought a second one as a gift and they were so excited about the same features I was impressed with!

Both myself and my dogs are in love with this cute little heater. Our bathroom doesn't get much heat in our house, so this has been a cute and functional solution. Also, there are a ton of ways to change settings on this, I'm not even sure I've played with them all.That said, someone put this on top of the bath mat (instead of the tile floor) while it was on, and the bottom front actually melted some. It's not super obvious, but it could've been much worse. There's a sensor/kill switch on the bottom that doesn't allow it to run when it's not pressed in, and the way it melted made that a bit harder, but it's still running and still does the job.

I use this in my RV when it's chilly and it works so well! I do wish it had a thermostat, but otherwise the safety features are awesome and it puts out great heat with the little flame ambiance that is charming.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered two of the same fireplaces for our new constructed home. One fireplace worked perfectly and the other fireplace was defective and the flame feature does not work as shown in the video and photo. I contacted the seller and since it’s past the 30 day refund window, they will not refund or replace the item. It’s very unfortunate because the fireplace of 60 inch was an investment that does not work. The item had no visible damage on the outside of the box however when opened the white background was bent where the flame would show. The fireplace box was not opened in the 30 day period as we had not yet moved into our new home. Immediately open and inspect the fireplace or you will have lost money. I would not order from this company again. The company suggested on how I could correct the fireplace by taking off the back and looking for the light yet I don’t know how to do that or don’t want to damage the item or cause something else to not work.

I work in a cold office, and I was never warm enough even with a blanket. I decided to buy a space heater after my coworker expressed I needed to get one because it was "life changing." I went looking for something I could use to help knock the chill off, and this one does the trick! The safety feature is nice in case it ever tips over, and it has three different settings in the back. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to use the high heat because it will shut off due to the outlet I have it plugged in to, but I don't find that I need to use the higher setting. The "fire" feature is cute and casts a very dim glow. Overall, I would recommend this!

Decent fireplace at a reasonable price.
