Sandalwood Morning Star Quality Japanese Incense by Nippon Kodo - 50 Sticks + Holder by Morning Star

Smell is good, fills the room without being too overpowering. Box they come in is nice. This is good quality incense at a decent price. You need to be careful not the break the sticks, they are delicate as they do not have a central wooden core so don’t drop them on the floor or you have had it! They come with a little ceramic holder which is handy too.

I've tried some of the traditional Japanese scents and found those excellent. I don't know if the production of Sandalwood and similar is an attempt to challenge the usual Joss Sticks from India which I'd say are much stronger. It may be that the Japanese market likes a more subtle and delicate scent. Certainly worth a try to see which you prefer.

Japanese incence has a delicate scent without being to smokey. they are fragile if your not used to them, they come with a small ceramic holder which you can place on a piece of card to catch any ash.

Almost smokeless and quite delicate. No need to spend anymore on lovely scent.

Para mi es un incienso buenísimo, huele genial y siempre lo pongo en casa, es un olor suave y de gran calidad.

Usage quotidien , odeur très agréable des encens japonais, pas de tige de bois dedans donc une odeur parfaite

Geruch, nicht zu penetrant und hält lange.ABER Sandelholz kenne ich anders. Egal ob Mysore oder künstlich, so ein Sandelholz kannte ich davor nicht... Hmmmm...Der "Halter" ist ein kleines wie Keramik anmutendes 1ct großes Kreisding mit Loch in der Mitte und "hält" nur bei sehr geradem Boden. Zusätzlich "hält" dieser leider auch nicht die Asche (?!) die nach dem abbrennen herunterfällt.Für den Preis gut.
