Awesome sauce
Great little Chinese replica have it on my predator 224cc hemi. mini bike. didn’t notice too big of a performance gain but looks super cool and definitely made the throttle more responsive and efficient then the original carb this motor comes with. depending on how you tune it, it pops and bangs which I love. the size is just right to fit on my 100cc frp frame. I hit a top speed of 57 mph in this bike with drive gear 10t and driven gear 40t.

when you disassemble it use blaster on the screws sl you dont strip them put a 115 jet in it and when you start it tune the fuel mixture screw to the highest rpm then tune the idle down if it hesitates when u accelerate move the clip on the pin on the slide one down the youtuber black 66 will show you everything

fit and works.
works good with the 196cc with a after market pipe..govenor is till inside motor just disconnected the linkage and left it alone..mess with the jetting they gave you and your needle and it runs great ,,might have bought a 22mm or 24mm if they make it ..the stock motor does not need this big i think but works great with the jetting adjusted and needle.dont like the air filter its junk

ORDER NOT COMPLETE AND LOW QUALITY PARTS
Saw a lot of good reviews... but this carb was a CHEAP PIECE OF TRASH!!! I am an ASE Master Tech, so it's not like I do not know what I am doing with this carb. I had 3 main issues with it: 1. The order was incomplete. It had everything BUT the throttle assembly. I figured this is no big deal and I'll just keep it and throw the carb on. I proceeded to throw the carb on and then ran into the NEXT issue. 2. The manifold was designed VERY poorly and does not allow enough clearance for the stud nuts. It was able to thread on at first without interference, but as you get closer to the end/being tight it rubs more and more to the point where you can no longer turn the nut. 3. On top of that, the hardware used on the carb is EXTREMELY cheap. The float cover screws must have been tightened by Zeus, as they were nearly impossible to remove. One of them was so tight on there that it immediately stripped out. I then even tried using PB-Blast and vice grips, as well as a bolt extractor, and it still would not budge. I would love to give this carb another chance as maybe I got a faulty one, but I can not justify spending $40 more bucks and wasting more time with it to have the same results. Just spend the extra money, and go with that better carb!!!

Good carb no instructions
Good carb bad bolts to connect the carb to the intake and the gaskets are a little cheap, throttle cable worked well. Had issues with vacuum leaks. To test for leaks spray break cleaner around the gaskets each side at a time while running choke on or off and try and hear for the rpm’s to shoot up. If it doesn’t shoot up then it’s badly tuned. Go all over YouTube and watch as many videos as you can about this type of carb and take your time assembling it. To tune it to idle turn the idle screw almost all the way in and attempt to start it without choke on start the mixture screw at 1 1/2 turns out and for every time it doesn’t start turn it out another 1/2 turn if it doesn’t start eventually after you turned it almost out then the carb most likely has a vacuum leak/ if it starts on choke but has super high rpms and won’t adjust using either of the screws. To avoid this make sure to check that the o ring is properly lined up and check that the engine gasket is on the right way you will be able to tell if it’s on wrong by putting it up against the intake and it seems like it barely fits. that engine gasket is not supposed to protrude out the top or bottom just the sides. For main jets anything near 110cc the stock jet is good but for the 200cc engines use the biggest get around 110-125 for jet size if it dies after the turn of the throttle it’s too lean or the throttle cable isn’t adjusted correctly if it hits a hard spot in the throttle early on then just goes it’s most likely rich you can check the color of the spark plug to tell also and it needs to be a nice gold. another tip put those two cut outs to the corners of the D either way but if it is positioned wrong it won’t run as good

Good quality, installation was eh
The product itself is actually very sturdy and works well, but installing it was a giant pain. I had to cut the short side of an Allen wrench to fit it in between to tighten down the bolts.

good fit and finish
Had a problem with first carb I received the seller replaced with no problem. 2nd carb works great way better than the stock predator carbs. be sure to clean out carb before using remove float bowl spray with carb cleaner to remove any debris and spray out jets. the main jet is to small for the 212 predator I used the 110 main jet works well. If you need more power use the 120.

It's crap
I had to modify the intake and cable. I knew it would have to be done but after all was installed the carburetor is complete crap.... changing jets and adjusting did nothing for idle to midrange. Full throttle was fine but it just wouldn't idle properly and ran like crap until half throttle then it reved up no problem. Can't contact the seller and can't return. Don't waste your time and money buy something better.

Cannot tune to idle properly...
I watched about 20 videos on how to tune and nothing worked. Also the ON/OFF switch was shorted so it would not start, had to test to find out repair and it was labeled backwards On was Off. Had to return it after many hours of playing. The bowl gasket expanded and would not seal after changing the jets a few times as well. I would not spend time to try it out, but up to you.
