IMHO, it's a perfect blend of spices. Not too salty, not too spicy hot. I use it on corned beef hash to kick it up to the next level. Funny thing is... this product has disappeared from grocery stores in my area. I can only find it on Amazon.

The flavor is really nice. Even although the container is small, it is worth the price for an unbeatable blackened flavor. I usually use it on pork chops, red snapper and salmon.
