Unkempt ending leaves a rattled mind
The book fails as an ending to the rat chase of the heavily guarded "Stranger". The writing style was never outstanding in the earlier installments, but it seems to have declined further. There are far too many activities occurring to keep track of or to maintain a logical storyline. Though the author tries to provide explanations to the Stranger's modus-operandi, a majority of his activities are left unreasoned. The biggest unanswered query is why the Stranger even wished to kill Rivannah? At parts, the latter chapters conflict the very base the story has been built off. The end is undoubtedly far from a reader's possible imagination, but even so, it is limited to one chapter. There is not much to feed the mind of a reader hungry for a well-established climax and catharsis.Perhaps, the disappointent emanates from the fact that the last installment doesn't keep the first one's promise of a fast-paced, well-weaved thriller.

Disappointed
Not worth reading. This part is as disappointing as part 1 was exciting. Was expecting something very thrilling but didn't went up to the mark.

Disappointed with the ending.
I had expected more out of his pen. However, the plot is very tight and leaves you begging for more.

The climax is very bad, readers want to know at the end how the stranger did all these thing. There is no explanation for it. And stranger falling in love with Rivana is very bad and no sense at all. I've wasted time in reading all the 3 books.

Disappointing end.
The entire build up in two books to just this...was a complete let down. Expected so much better. Something more...vengeful perhaps. Personal. Ending made no sense whatsoever.

Phenomenal narration & captivating plot presents you the "Wouldn't let you sleep" Romantic Emotional Thriller.
I have read an ample number of books, but I haven't read one of this kind. I have truly become your fan Novoneel Sir. If it matters to you, I salute you for your work. If someone is wondering whether to buy the trilogy or not, I would say buy it blindly and start it over a weekend. As a critic, if I look back after completing the trilogy, I could say-1) Some scenes could have been left out as they had no purpose other than to quantify the stranger's power and reach. But none of the scenes bore you for a moment. They rather hook you into the story.2) The character of Rivanah is shown as desperate. She is in love with three characters in a single story at different times.3) The character of stranger is shown strong enough as if like a RAW agent. I wonder what level of training can make a person go disappear from places. Also, wondering where did Stranger find so much time to keep track of Rivanah's life after himself having a regular life. But keeping it aside, the way the writer has woven the stranger's character, it not just plays with the vulnerabilities of the lead of the book, but with the minds of the readers as well. As, I read some reviews, many readers already want a stranger of this kind in their life. Some people might try to find loopholes if there exists any, but it doesn't matter. I could say this because the entire trilogy would keep one hooked untill the end, and maybe even after that. I am still thinking about the life lessons Stranger had delivered in different situations - about love, about our greatest fear, about acceptance, about knowing our worth and so on. The trilogy is not just a page-turner, it's an emotional roller coaster many youngsters could link themselves to and could them with questions regarding their decisions in life. I started reading the book at 11:30 in the night. Read halfway till 2 am and then tried to sleep. But I couldn't. So, I started reading again by 2:30am and completed it around 5 in the morning. The english used is simple, but the narration is very powerful. It places you in the shoes of the character and makes you feel love, sympathy, fear, hatred very powerfully. I wish the end could have been something more soothing and pleasing, but that is what this novel prepares you for - for the unexpected ways the life turns. It is not just a time pass read that would make your time fly away while waiting for a flight. It's an intense romantic emotional thriller that would pull you into the world of Rivanah, wouldn't let you sleep till you complete the trilogy. 5 stars for the most captivating read I have ever had.

Very nice if you go in without presumptions
This last book in the Stranger trilogy has been written well. The language is clean and the continuation of the set up of the previous books is quite good. The twists are pretty thrilling and the little reveals throughout are nicely paced to induce us to ask more questions and keep turning the page. So the entire journey of reading the three books has been pleasurable for me.Now for the ending.....no spoilers in this review...... I would like to give some suggestions as to how to derive maximum satisfaction from such an ending. This book belongs to the romantic thriller genre, where there seems to be an emotional connection between the heroine and the apparent antagonist, so if you keep an unnatural expectation of reading a 'happily ever after' or a 'going off into the sunset hand in hand' moment, as is found in traditional romances, then you will be setting yourself up for disappointment. This book doesn't have either a sad or a happy ending in the conventional sense. Just like the first two books have sort of established the 'Stranger' as a concept rather than a particular person, if you keep this fact in mind while reading you will enjoy the ending. Lastly, going into this with an open mind will help you to enjoy the why, the reason that the 'Stranger' gives for his entire existence in Mini's life.

Intriguing Plot
Forget Me Not Stranger by Novoneel Chakraborty is the last book of the Stranger Trilogy. In this book, the Stranger comes into picture and all the mysteries comes to an end. Rivannah comes to know her worth and also the Stranger. Things do change in her life but fall at proper place. The Cover and Title never forget to amaze the readers. The cover has again a girl who seems completely lost in ajungle. Actually, this is the time when Rivannah is lost in her mind struggles like whom she loves, Ekansh or Danny? The title is perfect as the meaning we come to know in the end.I m Rivanah Bannerjee, 23/F/ Mumbai. Some of you might already know how my life is on a razor edge. Those of you who don t, just know this: I may be killed soon . . . by the Stranger. I don t know who or what he is: a ghost, a person or a figment of my imagination? All I know is he isn t just one thing: he is sexy and scary, terrific and terrifying. What I don t understand is why a young, harmless girl like me, who works in a big city, stays away from her parents and has a screwed-up love life, would be of any interest to him. Unless there is something about my own story that I do not know . . . In the hotly anticipated final instalment of the Stranger trilogy, Rivanah will learn the answers to her many questions What is it that binds her to the dead Hiya? Who is the Stranger? Why has he been following her all this while? leading to an intense, breathtaking climax. The Plot is enthralling and the way Rivannah’s life journey is shown is impeccable. In this book, Rivannah realises her worth. This book has high voltage drama. Even she comes to know about Hiya and what happened to her. And the main part is the revealation of the Stranger. This book has an element of stream of consciousness and some tacts of epistolar novel has been used. The author has delineated the incidents perfectly. This book has a tragedy followed by answers to the hidden questions. The style of writing is simple, clear and lucid. Some of the sentences are just so beautiful that you end up noting down in your diary. The descriptions are fantastic and they just make you more glued to the book. Novoneel has a unique style of writing as he ends up playing with the minds of the readers through his play of words. Once can picturise the whole book while reading it and its an easy read.
