This smells absolutely delicious on the dog! Not overpowering, just soft, clean and yummy. I used as a “leave in” conditioner to comb out some tangles and it did the trick for that. I’m sure it would work even better when used as directed with a full wash an shampoo. Smells as good as a groomer’s would and great value for the price.

Ordered the gallon size of chewy in June 2020, finished it end of February 2025. Absolutely love this conditioner for our doodle pup. It smells so good and makes her fur extra soft. We like to use a little bit at the end of her bath as a leave in conditioner type which keeps her smelling amazing even longer. Our pup is about 50-60lbs and averages one bath a week so makes the cost so worth it

4/5 because the spray nozzle isn’t very good. Also 3/5 for detangling matted hair. But we’ve gotten compliments on how good my dog smells!

So good that I had to write a review. My poodle smells beyond fresh and feels super soft. It’s already relieving her dry skin too after three uses.

I tried it on my poodle, and it worked very well! My dog used to have really dry hair, but this conditioner made his coat incredibly soft, shiny, and hydrated. The colloidal oatmeal and jojoba seem to do the trick, and I love how it has a long-lasting, nice scent. It’s also easy to rinse out, which is a plus. Definitely recommend it if your dog has dry or dull fur!

I recently tried the Veterinary Formula Smart Coat Complex Ultra Oatmeal Moisturizing Conditioner for my dog. While it does a decent job of moisturizing and left my dog’s coat feeling softer, I didn’t find it particularly exceptional. The oatmeal scent is pleasant, but it didn’t last as long as I hoped. Additionally, I had to use a fair amount of the product to see any noticeable difference in the coat’s shine and smoothness. It’s a good conditioner but not the best one I’ve used. Overall, it’s an average product that may work better for dogs with mildly dry skin.

This smells so good! It has definitely helped my dog’s coat to retain skin moisture! Rinses off easily and works well. Have been a big fan of this brand for a few years now and I didn’t know they had conditioner! I’d say leave it on your pets coat for about 5-10 minutes before rinsing it off so you it works like it should!
