Love this griddle! Make sure you preheat it and do the water dance test (flick some water on the griddle and if it “dances” around then your ready. Now use high temp non stick spray like grape seed oil. Now you’re off and running!Cleaning is just pouring some water on the hot griddle and you’re deglazing it. Let it cool then wash with soapy water. It won’t be shiny new look but that doesn’t matter. This is PERFECT!

I already have a Weber gas BBQ. But I wanted to also be able to griddle cook some food. A separate griddle BBQ, like a Blackstone, was not going to fit my patio area. I decided to try this stainless steel griddle. I have used it only a few times so far. It seems to do a good job. But it a bit heavy and cumbersome to transport and clean-up. This is a good alternative to a stand alone Blackstone. Much less expensive than a Blackstone BBQ.

Ordered this for our ice castle fish house. Fits absolutely perfectly on the stove top. Great for cooking meals in the winter while staying on the lake. Also great in the summer. Not to heavy and very durable. Has remained true no warping after almost 3 years of use. Easy to clean and no rust. Would recommend!

Great product, easy to clean, it's stainless steel. This is the 2nd one I have owned, it never warped and I used it in extreme conditions. I has a slope in the front to catch the runn off, keeps the grill clean. I would soak it in overnight after I cooked. The I used a Stainless Steel wire brush that attached to my cordless drill, super easy. It NEVER rusted. The small price is well worth it. The reason I originally bought this is because the chicken breasts kept getting dried out and unevenly cooked when using the regular grill. The flat surface and coking outside kept the heat and odors outside. Living in the Tampa BAy area, we do not need it any warmer. Now, everyone was happy, I was embarrassed, and now I have no more complaints. Do not compromise with a less expensive poorly made product. The quality has NOT dropped. The underside has been gusseted and keeps the surface flat, now... Enjoy your "Sizzle Q".

This far exceeded my expectations! Even heat and easy clean up. Place on your BBQ top and surface heats up quickly.

I am a home cook. When I have to cook a larger meal this cuts my cooking time in half. It fits right over my gas burner. Some areas get hotter than others. I do have to manipulate it to optimize even cooking. The clean up of it is not that easy. But with trial and error I have found a way that it works for me. I make a lot of chopped cheese’s on here. It’s perfect for that. The price point was ok. The uneven cooking is the only reason I gave it three stars.
