Portable Travel Toilet for Camping, Hiking & Adults – Porta Potty, Bedside Commode, Baño Portatil, Portable Restroom with Case

So, hubby is an outdoor guy and you can't go wrong buying him outdoorsy stuff as a gift. But, he is 6'4" 260 lb, and finding Big & Tall items is not always easy. This year I bought him this portable toilet; but not just the toilet ... the whole setup! Portable toilet, the carry case, roll of toilet paper, AND a good number of disposable bags. The look on his face was PRICELESS when he ripped off the wrapping paper and realized he had received a toilet! Butt (pun intended), once he got it out of the box he was so excited (as was I)!!! This unit is quite TALL compared to others, it is VERY STURDY, it has an ELONGATED SEAT (you'll see why this is important in just a minute), yet it's extremely LIGHTWEIGHT. (I can barely use my right arm after a car accident, but I am able to lift the entire kit when it's packed into the carry case -- VERY lightweight and packs well.) We were amazed how something so lightweight could be so strong (did not buckle when he sat on it). And the height of this unit, for a 6'4" guy, is great -- with bad knees, he loved that he didn't have to squat way down to use it and it didn't feel like a kiddie seat. AND, most importantly for a guy his size ... the cutout of the elongated seat comfortably left room for his "twig and berries" as well as his hind end (some seat cutouts are too short for a guy to do #1 and #2 in one sitting -- this is the ONLY SEAT I could find that left enough room). Honestly, I would never have even considered the importance of an elongated seat or the cutout; I'm just glad so many reviewers felt comfortable posting such information. As such, I thought it worth mentioning as well. To top it all off, NO ASSEMBLY required -- it's ready "to go" right out of the carry case -- just add potty bags if you choose to use them. If you prefer not to use them, please also know that the basin is sturdy and easy to empty. It also comes with a lid and is super easy to clean. After a lot of research on this type of product, and two thumbs up from the birthday boy, I can honestly say this was BY FAR the best quality and value for the money. We both highly recommend :-)

After reading several reviews about the green bag barely fitting and stretching the seams, I had to write this review. As other reviewers mentioned, the green bag barely fits around the toilet and let me tell you...it's because you are not placing the toilet in the green bag properly. I just received my portable toilet minutes ago and I too improperly placed the toilet twice and it wouldn't zip up without destroying the green bag. But after studying the shape of the toilet, I realized that the green bag is cut or shaped to basically fit like a glove. Once I properly placed the toilet with base portion on the floor inside the green bag to match the shape of the toilet, it zipped up nice and easy. Don't give so easily people and write a bad review on perfectly made product. Use your gray matter after you've tried putting a square in a round hole and before you write another bad review. So glad I found this portable toilet because it was exactly what I was looking for our next camping trip. Only complaint is, I wish the toilet was sold with a 3 inch taller version. But, it's still doable. Great value and it will be so easy to use and empty too!

Toilet seems good, sturdy, and simple. The carry bag broke literally the first time we put the toilet in it, right out of the box. The zipper ripped. A little disappointed there, as we will be traveling with this toilet quite a bit and the carry bag would have been useful to keep everything contained. But the toilet itself should hold up fine. Time will tell.

Couldn't give it 5 stars because it has not been used over any length of time yet. A couple of things make me a little nervous: Cons: -The seat is a little small for an adult. Will have to tilt body a bit forward or backward depending on if doing #1 or #2. Would have been perfect if a couple inches taller, too. -The hinges are molded plastic, hoping they don't break after a few uses. -Absolutely no instructions or specs included. Had to read Amazon comments to find out weight capacity and what the extra plastic piece was for. -Mine didn't come in original box and the tote had floor dust on the bottom. This made me very uncomfortable, thinking I paid for new and got used. After closer inspection, it was spotless, so I think it may have been a display item. (I hope!) -Would not have been worth the original $91 price. I paid $58. Pros: - I love the carrying case. - I like that it is all plastic with no rubber or foam to keep things nice and sanitary. - I love the option to place it over a hole or use the included bucket with bags. - It's a great design. You can use it, add some kitty litter, replace the bucket lid, and close the cover. No disassembling or dealing with waste until you replace the bag. Then you just pull the bag up through the opening. Easy peasy. - I was looking for a step up from the luggable loo or Home Depot 5 gallon bucket and for $58 this was a great upgrade. - Should last a decent amount of time if treated well; no plopping down or treating the hinges roughly and it should be fine.

Having toilet trained kitties was something to consider in a temporary situation where there was no master suite until this! Excellent, sturdy, EASY to clean, excellent quality with bucket for water & a sturdy handle! All the features to make this a success 👏🏻

I really loved this item i purchased, the portable toilet is very sturdy and very easy to clean. it doesn't take a lot of storage and the and is very easy to put together. The height and the width is just right.

Light weight, approximates size of normal toilet. Uses any proper sized garbage bag for waste. Easy clean up. Even has toilet paper hanger. Only minor negative is it is difficult to get into the carry bag but hoping that loosens up over time. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Green bag only fits one way. Zipper to the front. The bag fits like a glove. Excellent camp toilet. Very sturdy. Light weight. Big bucket with handle and cover. Fits compost bags.

The top of the toilet is so scratched that it looks like it was stored upside-down on concrete. Also, don't pay the extra for the bag unless you really want it. the toilet just fits so it's a pain to pack up.

Camping et randonnée ??? Non pas vraiment, elle est immense.
