Easy pealing. Only wish it had some sort of way of taking out the little dents (eyes?) in the potatoes; had to use a pointed knife for those.

Not worth it
The pictures show peeling butternut squash, no way. I tried. It didn’t even do a good job on carrots. In addition, the handle was uncomfortable in my hand. Stick with OXO! I love Amazon because, inferior products can be easily returned.
