Do they work with 220v also? Some do.

Not that I know of. They screw into a std bulb socket.

does central glass have center indentation? Or is outer glass smooth and relatively flat?

Yes there is a slight indentation in the center, probably about 1/8". These are terrific bulbs. I have them in an art studio and the color accuracy is excellent, and they are very bright for their size. Highly recommend.

which z wave light switch will power 6 of these?

Pretty much any. There is only 88 watts draw, so just make sure it's dimmable for LEDs.

These say "spot" but i can't find the beam width in the description. What is the beam width?

the beam angle is 40 degrees. You can find details here: http://www.torchstar.us/dimmable-10w-led-par30-bulb.html
