Bar Dry Size 3.5 Ounce Aveeno Moisturizing Bar For Dry Skin (Pack of 3)

My mother made me use oat mix on my face instead of soap and as time went on Aveeno became available. So much easier than having to mix and perfect for skin. Even when I remove makeup I wash amediatly with Aveeno. I'm 73 years old but everyone thinks I'm in my early 50s. Best way to keep it after use is put it back in the box space facing up to cause the Aveeno from getting too soft.

Like in the title, not a cheap soap, because it is for people with skin issues, perfume not great, but it does the job of not inflaming the skin extra. SO value for money not good, I buy it because no better option at the moment.

I suffer from moderate eczema in the Autumn/Winter and this year wanted to try and anticipate it rather than wait until it was too late, so I tried out this (non) soap bar after reading some good reviews, along with Aveeno Shower Oil and the Moisturising Creamy Oil. While I'm still starting to notice the first signs of trouble and am not convinced that eczema is fully controllable by soap alone, there is definitely a noticeable improvement in my skin in general so far, and I'd certainly buy all three products again. The best thing to me is that, compared with similar products, Aveeno doesn't smell like chemicals or anything too offensive - the sweetness of the oatmeal is soothing and uplifting. They also feel very good to use, the soap bar especially as it has a nice, slightly rough feel to it, which is again important to me after years of battling it out in the shower with harsh emollients and detergent based prescription treatments - ugh! Never again that horrific mainstream stodge!

I am using this as a alternative to Oilatum soap, Very pleased as my skin is sensitive to every day soaps. Smells wheaty out of the box but when used the odour does not transfer to the body. Its worth a try as i have no dry patches or signs of irritation after several months of use.

I don’t usually do well with bar soaps as I would find them drying or make my body feel hard after using them. The feeling of water slapping onto a leather after using the soap. But THIS Aveeno soap was excellent! No irritation, I felt softness and my body basically agreed with it. I also appreciate that it doesn’t have a lot of toxic ingredients. I love it and will definitely buy it again.

I use it for washing my face, especially around the corners of my mouth. Without using that and an alcohol based scrub, I would develop cracks at the corners of my mouth.

Gives me a nice clean feeling without decimating my skin and causing it to be dry and itchy. Smell is a little weird, but grateful there’s not a bunch of perfume.
