Great value
They are great for working the hamstrings

Poor quality, misleading pictures.
The pictures provided lie - the provided product does not have the same brand labels. It is very cheaply made, and the bristles on the velcro fall off incredibly easily, leading to loads of annoying black bristles everywhere.

Does the job
This is ok and does the job. The dumbbell I use has a narrow bar so it slides around a bit in this attachment. But it does do the job.

Poor.
Poor product. I returned. The sender didn't accept the returned package, which was returned to me by the Royal Mail. Despite correspondence, the seller has not refunded. Poor service as well as poor product! Fortunately, Amazon have kindly refunded instead. Thank you.

Not safe
Dumbbell which was light, fell straight out as soon as I lifted it off the ground. I wouldn’t risk trying it with any weight in it after that.

I saw similar products on ig and decided to look on Amazon. I work out at home and mostly use dumbbells, so I don't have easy access to machines for leg extensions or hamstring curls. These work perfectly. They were easy enough to figure out, they feel secure, and they work with different size dumbbells. I have no complaints, the price was right, and they were exactly what I was looking for.

It’s hard to find equipment at the gym that specifically targets the tibialis anterior. This strap is perfect for it. Strap this to a dumbbell and sit on a bench with most of your leg resting on the bench and you basically curl the dumbbell. Don’t neglect this muscle! It “lifts the toes and helps clear the foot from the ground during walking, while also inverting the foot, contributing to stability and maintaining the medial arch of the foot during movement; it plays a crucial role in activities like walking, running, and kicking a ball by stabilizing the ankle as the foot hits the ground and pulling it up during the swing phase.” Keywords are stability and ankles. If you’re looking to build a muscular looking leg then this is also important for the aesthetics of the front. Can’t have big calves and a flat shin.

Works great. Especially if you have limited equipment and space.

I got this primarily for leg extensions and it actually is pretty solid for just that. It doesn’t seem to be sturdy or ergonomic enough for other exercises unless you use pretty light weights and for many that might defeat the purpose. But if you workout from home and you don’t have a leg extension machine then this would be a great addition for just that exercise It might work as well for laying hamstring raises I don’t know yet. It seems somewhat wobbly and not the sturdiest. The dumbbells can wobble around and it makes it hard to get into position. I suppose it’s just a strap so it makes sense. If you get another product like say the Kensui boot then you are probably paying more for sturdiness. So this would be a much cheaper alternative if you are ok with sacrificing some of the tightness on the dumbbell As far as security it seems decently secure enough, if you’re careful it shouldn’t be a problem, but again it wobbles a bit so keep that in mind. However I think that over time these straps might pick up a lot of lint which may significantly reduce the safety of the straps, so at that point in time it may become an issue But for me it’s a good deal for the price because I got it for leg raises mostly and the Kensui boot is like five times the price of this so I’m glad I have at least one really solid exercise out of this for the price because I didn’t have a way to do leg extensions before this
