Good stuff, but pricey
Great flavor, but after trying 4th and Heart version of the same product, I prefer that. Nothing here that makes it worth the extra money, to my mind. 4th and Heart had a better consistency, as well.

Smooth Texture and Good Taste
My wife and I started using Ghee Butter as an alternative to traditional butter for healthier eating. After trying Ghee Butter from Ayur Earth, we are extremely pleased with the quality, smooth texture, and taste. We use it daily. Easy to cook with and ORGANIC! We may also begin mixing it into our coffee.

Yummy!
I use brown butter ghee regularly , and I do have a favorite brand. Well, I did have a favorite brand, anyway!Amazon was out of stock on my favored brand, so I decided to give this a try. It's just as silky smooth and nutty, and I'm delighted.My only complaint is the size of the container! :)Seriously, this is quality ghee, and it's delicious. I highly recommend it.

Lacks flavor, oily and bad consistency
I have bought many kinds of ghee over the years. This one lacks any real vanilla flavor, in fact i can't taste it at all. The consistency is super oily and the taste is not on par with other organic products I have bought. Very disappointed in quality and lack of real vanilla flavor.
