Pricey, But Absolutely Delicious!
Tastes like rice from the rice plant! I couldn't tell I was eating mushrooms. Works well in stir fry, as a plain rice side dish, or a substitute for rice in any recipe. I think the dry form of konjac has a MUCH better texture than the form packed in water -- not "rubbery". I was very satisfied with this healthy rice that has such low carbs, and it is perfect for diabetics. I do wish it wasn't $24 per pack, but if you want something that tastes this good and doesn't spike your blood sugar you have to pay a lot for it. One pack makes about 10 one-third cup servings, which is great if you're just feeding one person.

Best rice dupe I’ve had so far
Add equal parts water and rice and it tastes like the real thing. Okay not the first time, but after two or three meals, your mind will start to believe it really is rice. I can’t tell the difference now and it has made a big difference to my low calorie/carbs meals. It is pricey but worth it if you are a rice lover! I am Caribbean so we eat rice with everything and this has been a real game changer for me I don’t even miss real rice anymore. I never thought I could find a good rice dupe…this is it for sure.

My top 2 best white rice alternative
This is my top two for the best white rice alternative as an Asian, who loves rice obviously. It’s my top two because it has more carbs compared to the other brand but it’s also missing us one star because of the price. But overall, they really taste like white rice. It is also very easy to make. I just pop it in the microwave.

Yum, but pricy
A little smaller than Liviva, but just as good. Perfect rice experience for keto or low carb people. They're both too expensive on Amazon though 😢 I have ordered twice now and will again, but hopefully the price comes down.

Taste like real/expensive
Taste like real rice. Easy to cook in a rice cooker. My only concern is very expensive rice, for1 bag (contains 2 1/2 cups) $24..way way too much.
