You can't beat Scottish Black pudding for taste and texture .

Wonderful! The real McCoy, just as it should be from Lancashire. Would prefer natural casing, though it peels off easily enough, but do that before cooking.Treat yourself to a few at one time, taking advantage of the flat-rate postage. They tell me it freezes fine, so I intend to stock-up.
