entertaining and sexy romance read
Collision Course is an entertaining new book in the Body Shop Bad Boys series written by Marie Harte. This was a fun book to get into for it has a lot of humor, great characters and steamy action.Joey is a single mom and she is not looking for a man. Her heart has been rung thru the ringer in the past so she is busy just trying to take care of her child. Lou is the mechanic and he is also the playboy of the men at work. He goes thru a lot of women until Joey . He couldn’t get her out of his head…she is the sweet florist and yet she wont give him the time of day. The way they met and how they met again will captivate the readers. Lou isn’t a bad guy and he really sets out to prove that he is the right guy for Joey. Thing is, Joey doesn’t let Lou in on several things from her past… and because she kept some secrets for a bit too long from certain people/characters in the book, it made me frustrated with her. But I totally respected her as a mother to her son. She did everything for him to make sure he was taken care of. When it comes to Lou and his interactions with Joey—normally he is a smooth talker but with Joey, he just seemed at times to be off his game or she was able to see thru his smooth talking. When you get to know his character, he really is a sweetie but some things he said rubbed me the wrong way, made snap judgements that he really should have thought twice about. It was good to see him eventually learn from his mistakes and to not make those kinds of comments and judgments like he was. The romance between Joey and Lou was definitely full of heat and passion. The sexual chemistry between the two of them was thru the roof! Lou and Joey faced a lot of hardships in the beginning but after the road of hardship they faced, things worked out for them. They had to face a lot but they worked hard together and that’s what I enjoyed reading. Ms. Harte has written a good romance read that shows them overcoming those issues and getting that HEA.My Rating: 4.5 stars *****

Fun read
This is the first book I have read from this series and I was a little concerned about being able to keep up with all the characters and main storyline of the series but I should have known not to worry. Ms. Harte always does a wonderful job of filling in any possible gaps and writing a seamlessly flowing story that keeps you engaged. I enjoyed this story so much I went right online and purchased the first three in the series to catch up on all the excitement. I am sure the other stories will be just as fun a read as this one.Lou and Joey were such refreshing characters to read. I like the fact that they were struggling with their own life pressures as well as juggling a potential relationship and growing feelings towards each other. It made them more relatable and real. I love Lou…he is sexy, fun, charismatic, honest and has a great regard for women; but being raised in a family full of women, who could blame him. He has a healthy, loving relationship with his family and looks out for them all, even helping to raise his younger sisters. As for Joey, my heart goes out to the poor girl. She made a mistake when she was young and paid for it by sacrificing the rest of her schooling and teenage years. Even after all she has endured she is a gentle soul with a good heart doing the best she can for herself and her young son. He is her top priority and she does everything for him, to better his life, and keep him safe. You can definitely tell she is a caring, loving mother and Brandon is just adorable; he is kind, well-mannered and smart. The pull between Lou and Joey is electric and they have great chemistry. The dialogue and banter between all the characters is fun and engaging and kept a smile on my face. This is such a great story; I cannot wait to read the others. I really hope Felix is next in line to have his story told. It seems like there was some interest between him and Stella and I am sure that will make for a fun read.

Great Addition!
As always, Marie Harte delivers! Lou's story is a great addition to the series. Joey (a single mom) is smart, sassy, and exactly what Lou needs, even if he isn't sure a family is right for him. Their story is fantastic and got me feeling all kinds of things. I'm looking forward to the next book!

Loved it
I loved this book. Joey is a fantastic single mom who takes a lot from family about mistakes she has made. Lou is sexy and awesome with how he handles so much. The pair are so good together and I was so happy that Joey’s ex wasn’t as terrible as she remembered. I really love this series and Lou has always been one of my favorite characters. I was happy to be able to read and enjoy his story.

This series keeps getting better.
Collision Course is the fourth book of the Body Shop Bad Boys and it's Lou & Joey’s story. We've seen a lot of Lou over the course of the previous books and he's come across as a real charmer and ladies man. Growing up with a load of female relatives seems to have given our mechanic an insight to how to treat a gal and he has no trouble finding company. Meeting Joey was a game changer for him!Joey is a great character. Hard working, she's been abandoned and left by her family after getting into trouble when she was younger but that hasn't stopped her from trying to make the best life she can for her and her son. This pair really work together and they have great chemistry and attraction and while quite different - he's outgoing and open and she's quiet and reserved - they gel well. I love how Marie Harte develops her characters and that they aren't perfect - they mess up like everyone else and then have to try and fix things!! We caught up with the other guys and gals from the series and, if I'm not mistake, met a couple of peeps who we might find out more about in the future... fingers crossed!!I'm really bummed that this is the last of our garage 'Bad Boys' books as this series keeps getting better and I'm hoping that MH either continues on with more books or starts a spin off so we can find out what happens with the other guys we've met so far!For me, this book gets 5 bad boy stars

A good read.
Not as engaged with the characters as I have been in the last three books, but still a good steamy read.
