Winning with Class: The Story of the Hall of Fame Coach: Ad Rutschman

I was aware of many of Ad Rutschman's success' in sports at the high school level as well as collegiate. What I didn't know about was his philosophies and principles and how that would translate into business. After reading "Winning with Class", the light went on to see how it relates to life. It certainly fit well in the manufacturing business. Ad's management style, with his beliefs, would apply to all situations, in sports or business. Ad Rutschman is truly a winner...... with class.

How many young lives would be transformed if every coach, teacher, parent and student read this book? I bought 3 copies: one for my granddaughter (her parents are both teachers); one for my great-nephew and one for myself. If you need inspiration (and pragmatic guidance) to live your best life, I highly recommend "Winning with Class". It should be required reading in every school!!
