BloemAriana Self Watering Planter, 6", Calypso (AP0627), 6-Inch, Teal

I bought these pots in many different colors so I could add a touch of color to my indoor greenery.The size is perfect for plants between 8 and 15 inches. The lightweight material makes it easy to get a feel of the amount of water in the pot - too light, and I feed it a cup or so. The water chamber at the bottom makes it easy for excess water to drain off the roots but still be available for the plant to access.Have bought several of these so far, and intend to keep coming back for more!

these are very nice pots for the money. They come in beautiful colors. I bought three and will probably buy more. They have a tray type insert at the bottom on the inside which is nice. I assume it is so the plant won’t be overwatered. The only problem is that there are no holes in the bottom for the water to come out. I am older and didn’t see the instructions on the bottom because it’s the same color as the pot. You need to punch out the 4 water holes or your plant will die from no drainage. If you follow these instructions I’m sure your plant will do well. I’m going to plant some today and I’ll let you know.

This is an excellent pot for the price compared to the same pot you would buy at Walmart for example. It is self watering, sturdy, and a nice color. It is a good size for transplanting plants that need to be moved from their original pots.

For the price (1-2$ per pot), these are pretty nice! The color is as I expected and they are lightweight yet still fairly sturdy. The self-watering aspect of these is pretty small, and I feel like it doesn’t work as well as other self-watering pots. However, for the price I am still satisfied and use them.

I bought this pot for my Croton Petra and I did opt for drilling holes in the bottom. There are four places on the bottom of the pot to drill drain holes. It took me a minute to realize that the plastic screen in the bottom of the pot does not actually come out (if it does, I haven’t figured out how!) but, my croton seems very happy in its new pot. I’m impressed with the quality, I’ve bought pots that cost more that have been the exact same quality. I would definitely order again.

I love these pots haha, I have quite the collection started now. been mixing the dark blue with these light blue ones I found at lowes for my dark and light blue lobelia. also did some red and yellows with snapdragons, looking so cute :] and not a bad price at all when directly from bloem. they just look so nice. I plan to buy a lot more pots for sure.

Thankfully I only paid $1.18/each for 2 of the 6” pots. That’s the best price I’ve seen anywhere. Unfortunately, the bottom disk/stand does not come out. So there will be no way to clean under it. (In the first pic, where you see two blue dots inside the black circle, those are pieces of plastic that is holding for black disk down. There’s no way to pull it off of that).On the disk it says that it “fits most 6-8” pots”. So I’m sure this exact same disk size is used in the 8” pots. Had I known it would be stuck in the 6” size, I would’ve ordered the 8” pots instead. (I feel this was misleading as the product pictures showed the disk as being a separate insert from the pot).If I recall correctly, this was a “add-on” deal to get this price and was only available with orders over $25. So I’m not sure it’s even possible to exchange these for 8” pots instead now. I don’t like the idea of not being able to clean underneath it.Edit to add: on the bottom of the pot it says to “punch out “x” for drainage”. Don’t know how I’m supposed to get that punched out. I’ve tried pins, scissors, and a knife. It’s made some marks/indentions but is not punching through it. I thought the price was great but now feel it’s not worth the hassle.

Ordered three of the 6 inch pots in the color Calypso. Absolutely love the color. I'm using these as regular pots though. There are marks on the bottom for drainage holes, I just used a pair of scissors to stab holes into the pots, so I can't comment on the self-watering aspect of these. Will be buying more of these in the future.
