Nice and short
Good size if you need a slide that will still allow you to fret notes with the finger tip

Is short, isnt small
dont be tricked by the Short/Small description. i bought this for my pinky (ie small) to sit above the knuckle. it is however about 20mm internal diameter and no use for that as it slides down past the knuckle. would work on a ring finger i suppose. other than that. well made i guess - the grooved interior would be a good idea if it fit me.

For those who struggle with standard full length slides
I think a title change from (small) to (short) may be more helpful to other customers who may have bought this item expecting a small diameter to fit thinner fingers, where as short would better describe its length. The Diameter of this item was actually larger than expected and at first I thought maybe too large when playing with it on my 3rd finger, however, swapping to my 2nd finger changed this in an instance, fitting comfortably on my middle knuckle.I have attempted to learn to play slide guitar on many occasions and failed miserably, until recently I decided to do a little research, which I would urge anyone to do.Selecting the right material of slide for the type of guitar and playing style seems to make a big difference. The biggest problem I found with slides in general however, was the losing the ability to control my fingers as I usually would when putting on a full length slide, as that finger then loses the ability to bend. After reading that you could get shorter slides, I knew this would be the right path for me, so I bought this slide. At most this slide will only cover 3 strings, unlike a full size slide that would usually be able to cover all 6.Also make sure that the diameter is the correct size to fit your finger type otherwise it will not sit comfortably and impair playing still.I would recommend this to anyone who has had the same problem as me, it allows much more freedom to play as you usually would, the slide on my middle finger sits on my middle knuckle and finished a little past my first, leaving enough of the tip of my finger to actually still be able to use it if necessary which would usually be impossible.

Good, but a bit small!
This does the job, but it only just fits on my 14 year old's finger (NB he's more the size of a 17 year old) and he tells me it should be wider as it only covers some of the strings. So it'll do for now, but he's going to need a bigger one soon and I expect this will be too small for most adults to use.

Too big for my fingers
It slips right down past my knuckles I could not use it. It might be OK for Shrek

As it says on the tin
Doesn't cut into the joints or leave any shards in my middle finger like my old glass bottleneck. I can wear white linen suits again when I'm playing as there is no blood. The tone is better than the flame maple and Brazilian rosewood slides my luthier made too - deeper, richer, and with subtle notest of wah.
