I recently replaced every single light bulb in my house with these GE Sun Filled LED Light Bulbs, and I couldn’t be happier! After just 24 hours, I felt an immediate difference in both my mood and energy levels. As someone who suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), winter can be a tough time for me. I didn’t want to adjust my medication, so I started looking for alternatives to boost my energy and mood during the darker months. That’s when my psychiatrist recommended these full-spectrum bulbs that mimic natural sunlight. One of the challenges I faced was finding full-spectrum bulbs that didn’t give off that cold, sterile white light that you often see in hospitals (which makes me feel anxious). I wanted something warm and inviting, and these bulbs hit the mark perfectly!
