I'm new to growing veg & been dabbling with containers. Decided to give this a try. First of all it was really simple to put together. I'm a wee short retired woman & it only took me twenty mins. Others had mentioned the pegs to secure it to the ground may not all work. I had no problems; a rubber mallet a good thumping did the job. I purchased a 1.25x1.25m bed and it's a good size. Took 250L soil to fill. I purchased that from Amazon too & mixed with manure. Planted out Cauliflower seedlings today. Tomorrow swede & cabbage. I think I'm going to need another.Robust when in situ, easy to put together, looks good & very good value. I'm happy!

TIPS: Flatten ground well and ensure its as level as you can get it, put bed in situ and use a spirit level to get level, push earth under edges where needed and tread down well all round to make sure you wont get any movement. Push pins partially in to hold sides in place then fill with nice soft compost/earth (maybe from your compost bins if you have one) When its nearly to the height you want it check its still level and in place then tap the pins nearly home. Just keep checking every now and then till its how you want it. Push gently all round the outide of the frame to ensure its sitting firmly then finish off tapping the pins down, Voila! (2 pairs of hands are always better than 1!)I bought this to make a Strawberry bed on my allotment. Its well made strong a good size easy to put together and delivery was quick from the manufacturer Garden Skill. For an approx. 7ft 11" x 4ft size bed it is excellant value. Prompt service. Friendly, efficient staff at the Company. Product so easy to assemble. One person able to complete the assembly. I use the product to make a pen for a small animal which is ideal as the size and height can be varied to meet individual requirements.I would highly recommend this product and Company.

I bought 4 of these to replace cheap wooden ones of a similar size which had warped and split over the years. The kits arrived with all the necessary parts but no instructions. However, none were needed as assembly was obvious and straightforward. Some of the finishing caps were a loose fit in the pins but a spot of Goriila glue put that right. The beds look much neater than the old ones and seem sturdy and duarble. I also have the satisfaction of knowing that no maintenance is needed and that further beds and accesories can be added if wanted

It is a good idea, sturdily built, and has been helpful in producing a contained bed. Unfortunately the spikes that were supposed to slot down through the frame and dig in the ground for stability did not always want to slot through, despite my best attempts to align the parts properly. The results were ok ish, but not as good as I had hoped. Maybe it works on a bowling green type surface, but it doesn't necessarily work in a Devon garden.

Very easy to put together took 15 mins once the ground was levelled 1st. Added 4 x 50 litres of compost and it would have taken another 3 x 50 litres

Raised bed for veg growing. V.simple to assemble. Excellent service from this company. Ordered Sunday p.m. arrived Tuesday afternoon. Extra long pegs required. Arrived by post Wednesday noon. Well packed,no damage. This is my second bed purchased.environmentally friendly, so much better than wood, NO woodlice!!NO rot, will last years.

Great cost-effective raised beds. They were a little bit fiddly to put together (getting the plastic pegs through the holes, mainly) but managed it single-handedly in no time.
