The 4th image shows it stopping a sliding door from opening but there is no stopping from the glass from being broken.

This bar holds great strength, but it only goes up to a certain length. If you’re looking to use it for a door, then it is perfect. Windows can be more difficult but 95% of the time it works great.

I bought this to help me feel secure in my apartment. It works! When installed correctly, it stays in place and nobody can budge the door to try and get into the apartment. It will not damage the door handle which is important when you rent. I was trying to find a solution for extra security as I cannot add locks to my door. It's worth the investment. You can also bring it with you if you travel. The rod is adjustable to fit most door handles. It is heavy enough to do the job well but light enough you can travel with it.

Me emocioné cuando vi este producto, seleccioné el que pensé es el mejor y al llegar a casa iniciaron los problemas! 1) ya alguien lo había recibido y regresado, le rompió el cartón que lo protege y así con todo el empaque roto me lo enviaron. 2) lo coloqué siguiendo la indicaciones y claro, si tratas de abrir la puerta el bastón ayuda a ofrecer resistencia!!! El problema es que si te recargas en la puerta y haces fuerza, esta cosa se desliza!!!!! En cosa de 20 segundos se desliza lo suficiente para entrar a la habitación que pretendes proteger! Ya viéndolo funcionar no hay forma de que sirva! En verdad tendría que estar atornillado al piso para no deslizarse! Yo lo regresé!
