डिलीवरी में टूटी हुई घड़ी प्राप्त हुई । घड़ी का ग्लास टूटा हुआ मिला । मेरे द्वारा रिप्लेसमेंट रिक्वेस्ट की गई , रिक्वेस्ट स्वीकार भी की गई लेकिन रिप्लेसमेंट के समय घड़ी रिप्लेस नहीं किया गया और रिप्लेसमेंट रिक्वेस्ट अस्वीकार कर दिया गया । मेरे पास अभी भी टूटी हुई घड़ी ही रखी हुई है ।
