First, the directions are not going to win awards for clarity. Specifically, the top metal part that clamps onto the top of the banner is very difficult to figure out. However, once you have it figured out, the rest is pretty straight forward. The spring that winds the banner back into the base unit is very robust. It is almost a 2 person job to deploy the banner. The base is a little flimsy, and it does not feel like it is going to survive heavy use, but for occasional deployment and for the price you can't beat this. If you already have access to a printer that can make banners to fit this display I would recommend trying this base.

I purchased this for a display to be used for several work events. It was easy to instal the banner and easy to set up. The stand could be a little more durable, it already has a small dent after one use. Case is nice. Stand is very light weight.

this product was good value for the price. I ordered 4 but 1 was faulty. The retracting mechanism wasnt working and the plastic piece to block the end was missing. The product was good otherwise.

Have used this 2 times, working well so far, is just that the supporting legs move kinda easy and some times looks like is going to fall forward.

The retractable roll up banner works well. It is easy to transport and set up at special events. The metal edges are a little rough, but if you're careful, you won't get scratched.

Sturdy love it

The only down side was that because it takes such an odd banner size I had to cut down the pole in order to fit the banner I had made at staples in it. Other than that it was easy to use, came fast and has really nice carrying bags which will make keeping all of the parts to it easy for the next time I use them.

the idea for this banner stand is good but performance doesn't live up. the end caps for the top bracket keep falling off. This loosens the bracket and if you are not careful, the banner comes out and instantly retracts into the bowels of the bottom. this loosens the spring and you are effectively out of business. WE bought three of these and basically two of them are useless and we are babying the third one. I would not purchase this again EVER
