Gritty, doesn’t dissolve easy/bad taste
This does not dissolve in water without really stirring it for a while. And even then sometimes it feels like sand between your teeth. The flavors are really not that great…has an aftertaste. Lastly, they came loose in a bag instead of a box or any sort of packaging. I tried to return, but it says not eligible for return. Don’t buy. There are better companies out there. I figured I’d try this because I heard it on a podcast commercial. Sorry I did.
