Stylish, high quality, functional bath tub
I have not been a soak in the tub kind of girl until now. This tub functions exactly as described and is a really good value. I love the jets, the color changes, the bath heater. I've seen several complaints about accidentally popping the drain, but I haven't had any problem with this. Maybe if you squirm around a lot or fool around in the tub, it could be a problem. One thing I had to wrestle with was getting the right faucet. I wanted a freestanding faucet at the end of the tub. Because of the comfort angle of the interior I had to make sure to get one that had a long enough spout that pushed the water out in enough of an arc to not just splash straight down on the angled interior. More of a faucet issue than a tub issue, but something to keep in mind when designing your bathroom. I love looking at this as much as I love being in it!

How to relax at the end of the day
We were a little hesitant to spend the money on this tub, but my wife and I are so glad we did. This will fit one person very comfortably and the whirlpool action is very relaxing and it looks good too :-) This was part of a complete bathroom remodel and we love the end result. Great product!

Controls Did Not Work - No Woodbridge Customer Service
Overall, I liked this tub. But it's no use if the controls don't work. Woodbridge Customer Service was non-existent. I had to return the tub, and was out over $700 in restocking fees and labor. All I have to show for it is a hole in the floor. Thankfully, Amazon finally did some creative juggling and partially refunded my costs. But a replacement will cost me hundreds more for installation. Don't buy from Woodbridge!

Woodbridge tub with water & air jets with heater!
Nice size for our space. This tub has water as well as air jets including water heater to maintain the water temperature. Also has different lites to make it very soothing feeling when jets are on!

Nicely priced unit. Good look and features. Some considerable flaws.
We’re about 6 months in to our ownership for this unit. We enjoy it, but it’s definitely been a mixed experience. The positives: - Looks great. It’s a sleek and clean look. - Good size. Two average adults should be able to fit in the tub easily. Great for soaking. - Price. The price really is unmatched to get the heater and jets. - Jets, bubbles and heat. It really is nice to be able to relax and get something pretty close to a hot tub experience, without having to deal with the energy bills and water chemistries. The negatives: - Loud. But thats to be expected at this price point. - Touch controls do not work particularly well with wet hands. Gotta have a towel nearby to dry them. - Touch controls can be a bit sensitive and too easy to accidentally turn on. Then frustrating to turn off if, as mentioned, your hands are wet. - The drain plug is poorly designed. It’s too easy to accidentally pop up the drain because it’s located square in the middle of the tub. Pretty much exactly where something is going to sit on it. IT IS CRUCIAL to remove the spring mechanism to prevent this because… - The jets are, in a certain sense, actually too powerful. They’re either on 100% or off. Because the nozzles are so narrow, the water shoots out like a cannon. And because they don’t have enough articulation to aim down particularly low, if the water level isn’t high enough, it’ll blast right out of the tub. So, combine the negative points above and you have this recipe for a rare perfect storm of events to happen that results in the tub literally emptying itself on onto your bathroom walls and floor. You’re having a relaxing jetted soak, you shift and your rear-end presses and pops open the drain plugs. You can’t really feel the drain pop with the water turbulence and you can’t hear it draining over the jets. Water drains incredibly fast (seriously the drain speed is impressive), and the water level drops to the jet line, and now your bathroom is basically flooding because your wet hands can’t turn the damn thing off. Ask me how I know this is all possible. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t buy it again. But at least now I know and can take steps to prevent it from happening again. I cannot stress enough how important it is to replace the drain plug with something else, or at least remove the spring mechanism from the included piece. They really need to reconsider the drain placement and plug mechanism.

Great Value
Really love our BJ600, got the version without faucets and installed a floor mounted tub filler. It’s a great value. Initially we had trouble adjusting the temperature on the water heater but their technical support was great, followed up immediately and explained how to do it correctly. It also came with information on how to extend the warranty to cover parts for two years.
