When I initially receive the chargers, I plugged them up and they were slowly charging my phone. I contacted the seller and informed them of the issue and they were extremely nice and helpful and offered to exchange them. I received them today and they work perfectly! Extremely satisfied!

These are very close to the charger that comes with the phone in fact there identical. Thed difference is they don't say Samsung on them. Most likely they are generic. It's possible they just didn't get stamped with the Samsung logo. I don't know. However they do work perfectly no issues on my S8.

If you're looking to get an after market Type-C charger, go with this one. I have the original charger that came with my S6+ and they both perform equally. The only difference between the two is that the original says "Samsung" on the top end. You won't be disappointed.

I bought this charger to have an extra charger for my office. Other reviewers said they were displeased with the charging time of this charger. I did not know that it was possible to charge a phone this slowly in the year 2018. I'm pretty sure a high school students science fair potato could charge faster.Extremely slow charging in fact the very opposite of a fast charger. I've charged my phone (s9) with a regular (slow) charger before and it takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours to charge a fast charger like the one that comes with the phone takes about 1.5 to 1:45 to charge. This charger was going to take over 5 hours to charge!I did a little diagnostic and found out that it's the USB cable that is the problem of I plug the one that came with my phone into the wall unit that came with this charger it charges normally. As soon as I plug the cable that cae with this charger back in the phone does not really charge.Extremely disappointed with this charger not sure how it has so many stars. If I could give fewer than 1 I would. Take heed from all the low reviews that say this charger does not work and learn from our mistakes.

Charger stopped working within a week. Tried different plugs, cords, nothing.

Seems to be the exact same charger as comes with the Samsung Galaxy Phone. Only difference I could see is it doesn't have the Samsung logo on it and one is made in Vietnam and the other in China. Same model number and everything. Fast charger just like the original

Bought as a "just in case" backup to my original charger that came with my phone cause I lose everything. I can't even tell the difference between them; it works just as well as my original charger, looks the same too. Also came well packaged. And of course it fast charges! Thankfully. Thats critical to the phone imo. Would buy again.----UPDATE: TRASH AFTER AWHILEafter about 3 weeks it stopped working. bought another. stopped in 5 minutes. my phone charges on other charges.plus i tried an extension cord, the wall, my charging dock.. not only will it not fast charge, but it WONT CHARGE AT ALL. im angry that i gave any money to this company and that I trusted them for a second.

Needed a new charger old one stopped working so I bought this one. First time I used it worked fine but the second use no more quick charge. I was annoyed but I decided regular charge wasnt bad but now it doesn't even charge my phone anymore. Really disappointed I just got the charger too.
