Highly recommend! 5*
Fantastic chair! Really easy to assemble, clear instructions and takes about 15 mins. Comfy and firm enough to sit for a good couple hours without having to get up and walk about. Good back support! Reclines enough to not feel like you're going to fall backwards. The vibrating massage feature is nice and reclings enough to relax sitting in it but it definitely more for your back then your shoulders or neck. It's solid once put together and relatively heavy and sturdy. I'm really impressed for the price point and well worth £85.99! My only critique is the foot rest mechanism feels really cheap and flimsy but I don't plan on using it anyway.

New pc chair
It a nice chair, like the massage function, like the Blue colour, ajustable function are good and comfortable, down side hence 4 stars is the foot rest, too short, comes out when you turn the chair and uncomfortable to use as it only can put you carves on it doesn't extend enough

Comfortable
I was a little scared opening the box and seeing all the peices that were included and needed to be assembled. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Seems like a quality product. It's comfortable to sit in, very adjustable and the vibration has lots of different modes with a timer. It is fairly noisy so might annoy other people. But I'm fine with it. Great chair for spending time sitting in.

Terrible quality.
Initially, it was great! Then after a few months the massage feature stopped working. I didn't use it much because it was so loud (and vibrated on my wooden floor). A few weeks ago the back started reclining without any real pressure. I tried to tighten it up, but it didn't work. It just won't stay upright. The chair hasn't been used that much - certainly not ragged about. Less than a year old and I've already replaced it.

Decent Chair But Padding Let It Down
I found this chair easy enough to put together by following the instructions — no issues there. The massage feature is OK, nothing incredible, but I wasn’t expecting a full spa experience, so that part was fine. Based on the build and features alone, I would have given this chair 5 stars. Unfortunately, the comfort just didn’t last. When I first put it together, the padding felt soft and really comfortable. But after just a few weeks of regular use, the cushion has flattened so much that you can feel the internal structure of the chair. It’s gone from comfy to hard and unsupportive pretty quickly, which was really disappointing. In the end, I had to buy a separate cushion just to make it usable for long periods. It’s a shame because everything else about the chair was decent for the price. If you’re looking for a chair for short-term or light use, it might still be worth it. But for everyday or long-term sitting, the lack of durable padding is a real drawback.

Good value
Very easy to put together, really comfortable, massage bit is not really that powerful, but still bet than without.

Massaging my ego
Does the job. the foot support is superfluous, no chance of using it under a desk. It's there because other chairs are supplied with foot supports, but it's pointless. Instructions are somewhat intimidating, which way up, that way, no way. So it's suck it and see. Eventually got there, around 45 minutes. Comfortable enough, for the price, seems good value. The massage kit is a little bizarre. The wires trailing from the back of the chair get caught up in the castors and disconnected. Paying extra for wifi between the control and the massaging pads, would be worthwhile if offered. Have no idea if the massages does any good but certainly does me no harm and it's all part of the terrific value. No bad, then, I can now write more useless blurb at my desk.
