I really like this comb. The convenience of cordless use is a game-changer, making it perfect for on-the-go touch-ups. The brush heats up quickly. The compact design is great for travel. Overall, it's a fantastic addition to my beauty routine, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a portable and efficient hair straightener.

This brush seemed wonderful when I first got it, but after 5 weeks of use it started smoking when it was on and the temperature control stopped working….too late to return it. I’m out 50 bucks and who knows what it did to my hair. Don’t buy this !

The media could not be loaded. I guess that the only way I’m can truly get rid of my static and my flyways is to use a negative ion blow dryer along with a negative ion, straightening tool. For testing out this particular tool, I had braided my hair, and let it air dry.I started by spraying my hair with a heat, protection spray, and then heating this tool, and using it. I normally use a heat setting somewhere in the middle, it was not enough. I did finally end up, turning it all the way up, and letting it heat for an additional five minutes. I still struggled to get my hair straight.My end results:It did reduce the static, but did not take it all away. I did have to pass over each section of hair, five or six times. I also found that I had to apply pressure and pull the hair against the straightening tool, while moving the tool across my hair. The tension seems to do a better job of helping the straightener. I observed that if I ran this across the top of my hair, the underside stayed curly. So then I would need to turn the brush over, and pull out it from the underside. I didn’t really struggle around my roots. I did also notice later in the day that there were some small sections, mingled throughout, that were still curly/ wavy.I do love the cordless option, and the ability to see the battery level on the display. It took way too long for it to become my go to every day hair tool. However, for touchups on a second day, it would probably work for that. It is portable enough that I could travel with it, if it was just a short, overnight trip. I think this would also be good for people who are getting familiar with hot hair tools, because they’re less likely to burn their fingers.As a final note, while using this tool, I did also notice a burning smell periodically. I could not tell if it was coming from my hair, or coming from the iron. I don’t know if it was the heat protection spray burning on the iron. Maybe it was residue that was left on the iron after being produced, that was burning off of the first time. So, I don’t know if that was normal, or if that will be a continual thing. It’s not mentioned as a normal thing in the instructions, so maybe this iron will not have a long duration. Given the price point of around $40, I think it is worth that, but no more. I do not feel that provides the results of a straightening iron that is valued around $100.

I like the straightening comb because I can all the scalp or spray it with oil change and it's straightens real easy I love it glad I bought it it's good for your money

Didn't heat up enough or seem to close tight enough for my (somewhat course) hair. I returned it

I got many travels, normally hotels have very limited hair dryers, and there is no straightener. This is the solution

I think my hair is just too thick for this to do any justice. I could see someone using it if they have their hair already straightened and need a quick fix. Otherwise, this is not a good alternative to a conventional straightener. It just doesn't have the juice you need. My hair is very thick and I had a hard time with it. I would say, this is good for touch ups.

I really like this but definitely, you should understand what you are getting and the best use case for it. This brush is fairly heavy BUT compact so it travels well and would fit easily into most purses. It also heats up pretty fast and so far I have used it a half dozen times or so and only had to charge it once, so it holds a charge for a nice long time. All that said this isn't a replacement for a traditional straightener.What this product is REALLY good at is getting your hair "straight enough", defrizzing, touching up previously straightened hair throughout the day, travel, airports, work, etc. It does get my hair about 80% to where a straightener would get it. So this probably won't give you that hard sleek sharp straight look unless you spend a lot of time and effort. But it does a wonderful job taming my frizz when I don't want to dig out my straightener and spend 30 minutes in the bathroom actually straightening my hair. This literally sits on my coffee table right now, I can heat it up 2 minutes before I leave the house brush out the frizz real quick and off I go into the world.This is a lazy travelers hair straightener, not a "I need to look like a perfect 10" straightener. But for us lazy but trying to look presentable before work or a zoom call, this is a WONDERUL tool and I absolutely love it. Just know what to expect here, this is a quick efficient functional defrizzer, and 80% straightener.
