First of all, the power bank works so it got 2 stars, but it is far from what is advertised. It says it's a 2400mh battery. It's actually somewhere between 9000 - 1100mh. Let me put it this way. It's only strong enough to charge 2 phones and an e-cig before its dead. It has no auto stop feature as it claims. If you leave anything plugged into it, it will continue charging until the power bank is completely drained. So no charging items over night or you can expect an empty power bank the next morning. It does not support pass through charging, so if the power bank is charging, you can not plug any items into it to charge. Speaking of charging, it takes this thing just under 12 hours to charge from empty to full, and that's with a rapid charger. I see other comments of people claiming 3 days to charge fully, they must be using a trickle charger, or slow charging port. 12 hours is a pretty long time to charge, but 3 days, that's excessive. Lastly, it is rather heavy for what it is. Over all, this is a generic brand power bank. I couldn't even find anything online about the manufacturer (Ruipu). It's a bare bones power bank. Would work fine if you where in a pinch, but I'm not sure how long it would last, if it was used heavily.

I received the charger and it said 85% charged. I charged my phone one time and went to use it again and it was at a 0%. I then charged it and it took almost three days to charge the power pack! Finally, at 100% charged today and I tried to charge my phone (Samsung galaxy S8) and it is certainly an exercise for my patience. I thought this was a fast charging pack. It is very slow. Very disappointed.

The product may look nice on paper. But it’s just a piss poor product. The digital indicator does not indicate anything correctly. The % it shows is never correct. You never know how much juice it’s got left or if it’s charged. It only lasted about 3 months before it won’t charge anymore (this is with very light use, probably less than 5 recharges). You are better off buying other products.

Very handy, they can recharge an iPhone several times. It’s not a huge help to have a battery that needs to be charged as often as the phone it charges. We’re finding we mostly use them around the house, even though we bought them for travel. Nice not to be tethered to an outlet. Subdued but pleasant looking. Charge level readout and such shows when it’s plugged in or the one almost hidden button is pushed. But no annoying bright or flashing LEDs. 1.1 & 2.4 amp outlets. Right shape for a pocket -but too big to keep there all the time. Very pleased overall.

I have now used it several times to charge my iPad and phone and was very pleased with ts performance. The form factor (encasement) is very attractive and quite sturdy. I love that is has a digital display to alert you of how much charge is left after you charge your item. The only reason I did not give five stars is because as a portable device, it is a big heavy. Customer service is also great!

Large capacity charger that works well with digital charge status. Had a problem with one of the output ports(it has 2) contacted vendor and they immediately replaced at no charge even though original unit still worked but couldn't charge 2 devices at once. So excellent customer service!! Charging time is usually overnight if above 30% or so. Some people complain that it takes long to charge but you have to remember the size of the battery pack is five to six times more battery capacity than a normal cell phone battery so obviously it would take longer with a 1.8-2.0 small charger than a cell phone and I have found this not to be a problem. With the large capacity battery pack it is very seldom that the charge is completely ran down where it would need a full charge if you plug it up every evening. Although I would say the pack could last for several days and charges if you don't really use that much of it on a daily basis.

This charger started out fine, nice charge to phone, even if it is slow to recharge itself. The unit is quite heavy. You definitely know it's in your purse. I would consider it too heavy to carry in a pocket.Now I've owned it a bit over a month, and the recharge is unacceptable. If I have it plugged in over night, it gains about 10% (starting at about 55%). Sadly, I'm outside the return window, or it would go back.

I have had this power bank for about a year now and have not been disappointed. It will charge my Galaxy S6 about 8 times and takes roughly 8 hours to completely recharge. It has been tough and reliable. At $29.00 it really surprised me as for quality and reliability. I also have a more expensive power bank made by another company but this is the one I prefer to travel with hands down.
