The mattress comes in a compact box and is tightly wrapped, making it easy to transport and is surprisingly small for a full size double mattress.Once you’ve removed the plastic with the included handy film slitter it expands to full size.The mattress was purchased to replace a pocket sprung one which was rather hard - the memory foam top on this is fantastic - so comfortable the only down side is I did not want to get out of bed the first morning!The mattress feels well made and Like it should last. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good nights sleep at a reasonable price. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. We were shopping around for a new King Size Mattress, then came across this brand SERWEET, never heard of them before. I wasn't paying over £500, so decided on buying this one, Great Mattress for the price!! I wish it was a little softer, only had it 1 month though, so it will go softer over time, nice and supportive though. Made up i bought it though!!

It is heavy though for anyone not strong to move it round might need help. I think it is very good value for the price paid. It fits single bed very well. No noise either. Overall very pleased it feels strong so hopefully will continue to do so and be as supportive as it is now for a long time for the heavy user

Feel great I say it the best mattress I’ve had of felt I’ve travelled to many countries travelled in many hotels and I’ve had lots of mattresses of them foam mattresses but yes this is the best reason why I’ve bought this mattress was my old mattress in September. I broke all my left ribs and my old mattress. When I lie on it I felt the pressure on my ribs so this is why I bought your mattress and the pressure on my ribs went away Skateaway so it is a good orthopaedic matter

If you're looking for a supportive mattress then this isn't it, it's very soft but advertised as medium support, I now have to look for a more supportive mattress so wasted money on my part, not amused.

After a couple of months of sleeping on this mattress I can confirm that this is not a good mattress . The memory foam top is very poor quality and you don’t even thinks is there . After a while you can actually start feeling the springs . Also I bought a king size mattress for the standard king size bed I have and the mattress is visibly smaller ( not wide enough) than a king size . I would like to return it , however if it’s the same company who was supposed to collect my old mattress when this one has been delivered , I would rather not . They left me with the mattress even though I paid for the recycling service . The two Asian men told me that they can’t take the mattress because had a few spots and apparently “ Amazon cannot resell it “ . Resell it ? I thought was supposed to be recycled in a responsible manner .

the perfect balance between firm and squishy. super comfortable. no stiff anything after sleeping on it for over half a year. no weird smells upon arrival. a bit late, but great customer service.

We decided to add a small bed in our guest room and didn't want to spend a lot. I ended up sleeping on it for the first time last night due to a snoring hubby. I was shocked how comfortable it is (I normally sleep on a tempurpedic). Great value! Also no smell when we opened it. In the box was a card about registering it for a 10 year warranty on the vendors website.

Its a good medium to firm bed. I added a 3" memory foam topper for a bit more plush on top as the one it has is fairly thin. I get hot at night, but it could be the topper plus I'm at that age of hot flashes so is possibly inevitable.

This mattress came as promised. We purchased two but only opened one to make sure we liked the comfort. After we opened the mattress and let it rise and open as instructed, we found it was way too soft on the edges. If you needed to sit on the edge of the bed to put your shoes on, etc, it would sink way too much. The bed itself to sleep on was comfortable. They need to fix the edge problem and this would be a great bed!

Very happy with this mattress. It was delivered in a timely manner. Easy to unbox. We waited 48 hours before use with no smell issues. The bed is very comfortable.
