Product was satisfactory. I was going to return it back at 1st. Due to the as box it came in had no seale and inside plastic bag seal was open.My plumber / technician i could not cancel, and had arrived.He took a look and said all parts are there he’d gone and fixed on to my sink.Thankfully is working.To tell you the truth the swivel and flexi tap is better than my old original one.

The media could not be loaded. Water is dripping from the small red dot at the back of the tap.

So these are an entry level into the world of electric taps. I saw a bunch of different ones, although the aesthetic isn’t my favourite they’ve been in a while, still work, still do a good job. Would recommend them for anyone unsure who doesn’t want to spend a fortune to start off with.Works off of a mains plug so the fact there’s no need for a boiler makes things so much easier when we needed hot water,The temp gauge in the tap I wouldn’t trust to be degree accurate but it indicates hot and cold well.

Is not a good quality tap. At least for me it wasn't good!
