This company has responded to me immediately. There was a comunication error and now fixed. EB7 pro
For the EB-7 Pro... I LOVE THIS BIKE! I'm out of shape because of a disability. I got this cause I could at least Peddle and move (damaged knee and foot) without any pressure on them. I used to rides bikes all the time. But have not been able to ride for over 20 years, I tried 10 years ago but had to give up because the pain too great. This bike's power is amazing. Dual wheel, 1000w motors in each tire, A BUTTON to turn on front wheel at any time (Great when going up hill and sand area's and the other brands don't have) It has more than enough power for hills and sand. From Personal experience. Suspension is nice, rear is stiff, but i'm fat so, I got a spring seat post, (great) front is good, brakes great. speed is 34-36mph. Frame super strong with nice weld quality. Tires OK for basic trail and street, I replaced seat with wider one but original seat good for most people. Battery is now getting lower than when first bought (they do that) first couple of days went 20 miles no peddling no change in battery strength. Now after 5 miles you can tell its running down quickly, but still working (replacement in future a must). Battery charger is 3 amp other brands only come with 2 amp so takes longer to charge, full charge 5 hours vs 8+ hours on theirs. I go for nice 40 min ride (no peddling) so takes 3 hours to fully charge. If u run it with just rear wheel drive, PAS1 9mph dual 12mph, its like that all the way up to PAS5 top speed is tested by me 35 mph on flat street, light wind. PAS is nice when u need to have a little power and then no power like around a tight corner on trail just peddle one cycle and it gives u just a bit of a boost then stops so u can make tight corner. OR you can use the throttle on handle just on/off. It has thumb lever type not motorcycle type (roll hand grip) which is OK. Now, because Im overweight, 275lbs 5'11", and in bad shape. This bike might save my life. I've had no exercise in many years, I have not seen a PCP in over 5 years, too much pain, just gave up on life, waiting to die. I'm really sore and can barely move after 5 miles on this bike, (bad health, from disability and not bike's fault) I at least have something to look forward too and I have a smile when i even think of this bike. I highly recommend this bike for anyone wanting to get into shape with a smile on their face. OR Anyone that wants a powerful, fun, electric, trail/street/beach bike and wants a smile on your face. added 3.21.24: Purchased on Black Friday sale, Battery is still OK after 4-5 months. Bike is still great! Still love it! Tool kit does not come with 18mm wrench for tire removal. I got 1 at Amazon (Sunex 993018M 18 mm) to put in kit. I got flat tire from thorn, so update ur kit for $7. Now, I got "FlatOut sealer" in each tube (youtube shows how to do it). Seems like the best solution for me, happy with everything!. EDIT added 4-19-24 Still love the bike. Everything holding up well. I added an extension to the handlebars. Now 1.2" higher (Azarxis Bike Fork Stem Extender) bought at Amazon for $10. I sit up a little straighter now, easy to install. I found that position more comfortable. Rear shock is still pretty stiff. Loosing weight with this bike and still smile on my face every time! EDIT 2-6-2025. This is a follow up almost a year now. Still luv the bike! I wrecked and broke a 2 spokes on back wheel. I didn't think it was a big deal but, after a month broke 2 more. Make sure to replace spokes ASAP because it will cause more to break. easy to fix too. E-bycco sent me free a full set of spokes and ends. I had to send a pic to them is all. Other things, i had worn back break pads and replaced them. Took a little time and ordered the refill brake line kit and pads (from Amazon just follow directions on Kit) so, breaks as good as new. Battery still strong, bike is still strong, replace seat and then went back to original seat. No chips on paint (thick paint), frame still beefy strong, light and controls still good. Tires worn down but still OK. All the wires, electric motors the same as new. The middle shock metal hinge will loosen up, i put the blue lock-tight on it (don't tightened too much, needs to work as a hinge) and all good. I use blue (don't use red) lock-tight on all the screws so I don't have to worry about loose screws. I would buy this bike again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend E-bycco and this bike. I'm looking at the new one with 3000 watt motors! This is an Honest review, I paid for this bike myself. If E-Bycco or the bike was bad I would say so... This is a good company and the bike is good too. I believe you wont be dis-appointed! EDIT 4-30-2016. over 2 yrs now and bike is still loved. Everything is still great. 1400 miles on it now. stock tires still on it, although i bought new ones, old ones still kicking FLAT-OUT tire sealer still in them, no air lost in over 2 years. Battery still good. 16 miles is all i go on one charge, but again im using PAS1 or PAS2 all the time. Pedal assist is great for me. BTW, To get rear tire out i had to use a 1"x1"x 7-8" (2x4 cut down the middle) with a / (slanted) cut on the end of it. then just put it in and in between spokes and frame rails, push towards rear hub expand the frame to release the tire. Over 2 years and I still have that smile on my face. Love bike and when its time, will buy another one!

Monster machine!
This review is for the 3000 W peak full suspension 26” bike. Pretty easy to assemble with decent instructions and all the parts. I’m over 200 pounds and I can get this thing up to 37 miles an hour on flat ground. Can push me up the steepest San Francisco hills at about 15 to 20 mph. Super quick acceleration and a ton of power when fully charged. Performs great on the beach and can push you through the dry sand and dunes to get to the wet stuff. I completely submerged this thing underwater one time with no issues. Pretty much want to recharge after a 20 mile ride if using a lot of power. I need to give that a full test at some point. But this thing is a blast! I’ve been riding it for several months with no real issues. My only complaints are that the hand grips twist a little and my toes will occasionally hit the front tire as I’m peddling if I’m turning, but I have big feet so maybe that’s just my problem. I’m thinking about buying the new 5000 W peak as well so I can ride with friends. I’m very happy with this bike. Highly recommend! Hopefully it lasts.

Great electric bike with great cusomer service
I purchased 2, one for my wife and one for me. We both love the bikes. Super smooth controls, brakes, suspension. I live off of a 2 track road and it is a rough road but the bike takes the bumps better than my pickup. As for the power, I added a trailer (see picture) to mine to pull my aging 72lb dog. I could not even tell I was pulling anything and at times I forgot about my pup behind me in the trailer. I weigh 215lbs, the trailer 30lbs and my pup 72lbs for a grand total of 317lbs and after a 20 mile bike ride, the battery only used 30% on a 34 degree day. On the way back home I was on PA 3 and 4 most of the time so I was not trying to conserve the battery. The build is very solid and nothing on it seems cheap. On the contrary, it seems like a more expensive bike. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble each bike. The video instructions were easy to follow; I had zero issues assembling the bikes. One of the bikes had a broken controller so I emailed the vendor of the issue and within an hour or two they responded and said they were shipping a new one out. They included video instructions in the email and it took me 3 minutes to install the new one. So far I couldn't be happier with the bikes. My wife and I plan on doing some rail trails and bike-packing this summer and the fat tires and solid build should be perfect.

Great bike and value! QC not so great on small items...
What I liked: It was pretty simple to put together using the installation video. The electronics worked and was pretty fast (Im 6'4"/215lbs). The value is definitely there. What I didn't like: Although no issues with the front tire, the rear tire blew out at 15 PSI when I was pumping it up. I checked the tire carefully for pinches etc before I started but I think I just got a bad tube. The second thing is I noticed the rear disc brake isn't true. There's a huge wobble when i rotate the rear tire so I had to disconnect the disc brake because it was scrapping hard every rotation. Which brings me to the rear wheel. Your mileage may vary but my bike it was in wedged in the frame. I have two other regular bikes (non-ebikes) and never had to use much strength to get them out. This ebike one is insane. I almost gave up until someone on youtube used a rubber mallet to get it off. I was very cautious as I didn't want to break anything. It took almost an as long to build the bike as it did to get the rear wheel off. It sucked so bad, I really hate it because I'll need to get it off if i have to do maintenance or change the tube again. I tried to go through the company but was sent to Amazon customer service and they said I could send the bike back. It's too much hassle for me and I really want the bike so I bought some tubes and will need to get a disc brake. My only concern is getting the rear wheel off and on. TLDR: Runs great even with one brake! Came with bad rear tube ($15) and bent rear disc brake ($?)

Awesome bike, it’s a beast.
Let me talk about Customer Service. We all wish that we call customer service and we get what we need. Well I must say this company is over the top. I can’t believe the level of expertise and believing that every single customer matters. Not to speak about the bike is this absolutely incredible. I’m 6’1” at the Young age of 65. Yesterday I took the e-bike for 58 mile ride. Today is a group we went about 60 miles round-trip to the lake. I would think you’re shorter than 5’6” this bike is not for you. The 26 inch tires and large frame put it up in the air quite a distance. I absolutely love it and it is very comfortable. I used it as my primary vehicle around town and trips to Local Lake or whatever it may be. I recently bought a second battery. And I find it to be even better because now I don’t have to be concerned about what distance I want to go. As in the pictures she can see I bought a backpack for the back. I bought some mirrors and a couple other accessories. It’s quiet and fast, so please wear a helmet. As your completely Stealth on the road. I couldn’t be any more happier and I must say. The customer service is over the top. And of course the product is. Thank you so much, Rick

For hunters, it's perfect.
I'm 2 huting seasons in and the bike has preformed way beyond my expectations. With over 100 miles of muddy, wet, extremely rough terrain, I could not have asked for more. Battery life is good. Tubes in tires were updated to a gel filled tube plus a puncture liner for the rough terrian (this was done right away). The rear suspension was ok, but due to such rough trails, I added a suspension seat. The bike is not for short people and if your under 5' 9" don't bother. I did freeze the 1 wheel/2 wheel drive button after a 38 degree rain and over night temp of 20 degrees. As soon as it warmed up, function of the switch return. Great bike for talter peoples.

F this bike
So the bike worked ok for a few month until the battery now isnt working properly and only lasts now for a few miles or so before it just shuts off. bottom line is the bike is fast and powerful if the battery is working of course. bike is too heavy to peddle so with a battery its trash. maybe they will see this and get me a new battery at least but i doubt it. I cant get ahold of anyone at this company their email is fake or something. At any rate buy at you own risk i would have to say.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THEY BETTER BY FAR THAN EVEN MY LOCAL IDIOT BIKE SHOPS WHO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THERE SELLING. THESE FOLKS ARE THE FASTEST AND MOST REASONABLE.
