The product was purchased at Christmas 2021. I got 15 months of great service from the product and then it quit working. I contacted the manufacturer and they would not help me troubleshoot or help me get their product working for me. They told me that they could not help me because I did not purchase it directly from them and had gone though a 3rd party, Amazon. Amazon put all the information about contacting the manufacturers technical support but that information was worthless since the manufacturer will not help anyone unless they purchase the product directly from them. I would like to get it fixed but no one will help me. Since the manufacturer does not support their own products, I will find one from a competitor who will hopefully support their product.

I bought the LumiSpa device for facial cleanings and it worked great for a year. Slowly it developed gremlins, starting on its own again after being off for 10 mins. (it wasn’t in the charging stand), it didn’t stop after running through the timing cycles or seemed to have added additional cycles. Finally it stopped working altogether and it wouldn’t charge. I’m disappointed it did holdup better considering the cost.
