Manual Settings Rock
This replaces a countertop air fryer toaster oven that had computerized controls and was a complete PITA to use. We were so happy when it failed, which sent us back to hunt for a mechanical control version. We bought this particular machine because it has all manual controls, an on/off light switch that stays on until turned off and, BONUS, a rotisserie that has a basket, which we use to roast nuts and soy beans. Included are the usual pans, racks and air fryer basket, along with the rotisserie bar and its basket. The current huge Amazon discount also helped with our decision. We basically bought 2 for 1 when compared to a Cuisinart, which doesn't have the rotisserie basket and didn't last any longer than these imports. Our previous similar Cuisinart died after 2 years; given its cost we deemed it a delete. The controls are easy to read and straightforward. We also appreciate that it's not branded on the face with some weird, unintelligible name; it's not branded at all (thank you). The roasting basket works so well that we bought a second one of these as a back-up for the inevitable failure that looms in all of our futures...lol. We're vegan, so we'll never use the rotisserie for a chicken, but for all you conventional food lovers, the rotisserie really works. We only have a single nit and that is with the air fryer basket - it's too big to fit correctly into the drip pan, but it will drip into said pan when placed on a separate rack position. From our previous oven we have a slightly smaller air fryer basket that fits perfectly into the drip pan, but not everyone has all of these parts. We also find that toasting in any of these countertop ovens requires a different rack/pan, which is available in stainless here on Amazon - search for the "Joyfair 12.5 inch baking pan" with rack. It comes in different sizes to fit any countertop toaster/airfryer with a mesh rack instead of a straight wire rack.NB - read the manual for rack placement because it matters for correct cooking. We placed our morning millet crisp on the wrong rack and discovered that it wasn't toasted correctly - burnt on the edges and raw in the middle. We almost sent it back until we re-read the rack placement instructions. Aha! Toasting happens evenly on the middle rack placement as instructed. Duh-oh.

Perfect for RV
I got this for our RV because it's a lower wattage (1000w) than the 4 element types(1500w). Our RV has limited amp capacity and this oven does not trip the breaker, even when the A/C is on. It works great, heats up quickly and cycles on and off to maintain heat. I like that it has a tray that sits on top of the grille and is actually the full width of the oven. I prefer to cook on a tray. Some others I looked at have a small tray under the grill which means if you're cooking on the grill, you're always cleaning the grill. I coated the tray with oil and seasoned it (outdoors) to make it non-stick, but I still put foil down for easy cleaning. I also lined the crumb tray with foil. So far I've used it to reheat pizza and cook a french bread pizza and though it may take a bit longer than my 4 element toaster oven in my home, it does a good job of cooking and crisping the pizza. All in all, perfect for what I need it for.

Good, but not great
My old Black & Decker toaster oven that is close to 40 years old, finally had the door hinge break. I probably could fix it with some JB weld but I thought you know what it's time for a new toaster oven. So I combed through reviews here on Amazon and decided this one was probably the better of all that I was seeing. Right out the door the size is great for what I need. It'll cook a couple pieces of toast and it looks like it'll fit a small Cornish hen, yay.As other comments have mentioned toasting could be better. Overall I'm pleased with the toasting. I set the timer for medium dark toast, and it appears I got that... on one side. The heat shield down below is not a benefit to this toaster oven. The Black & Decker had one but it was much smaller and toast was 90% even on both sides. As you can clearly see from the pictures the top side is done perfect the bottom leaves something to be desired.**Big red flag!... This lacks any safety features. I highly do not recommend buying this if you have smaller children that you're hoping it'll work for them to put cook their eggo or French toast. When you open the door the heating function should immediately shut off. It does not! Which is really unusual because most toaster ovens have that as a safety feature. Assuming that having the door open does not turn off the heating element I'm going to venture and say that this does not have any tip protection either. Pretty sure that that would be standard on any small appliance or heating element anymore in this country but you know nobody regulates anything anymore they're more just guidelines.I also have a concern about how stiff the knobs are to turn. Especially the timer knob. It seems like there would be a simple push button shut off so that you're not constantly turning the timer back to off and risk damaging that timing mechanism inside. I really do not see this toaster oven standing the test of time. If I get 5 years of use out of it I will be very surprised. So I will have to issue a precautionary use statement to anyone that uses it to error on the side of a short timing cycle that will shut off a little early because it's easier to add time than risk turning it offwhen your food has finished cooking and it still has a few minutes left.

Works well.
The tray is a little small, but generally this is a great product and everything works.

Great little oven/ air fryer
For the price it is fantastic. I have a few issues with the spacing of the platforms but the rotisserie function works quite well and is great for turning out roasted chicken. I will say the times print on the front I haven't found to be accurate, the body is a little narrow, the handle doesn't go flush so if it's on the counter it sits up while you're trying to deal with the interior.Came back to update, the entire thing broke down beyond repair at almost exactly 1 year. Complete loss of function and became trash, for $200 I would hope for more than a year.
