Lavacore is awesome. As an avid diver, dive guide, and dive instructor i'm doing 200 dives a year. Except for the summer months, my Lavacore vest is usually with me and by winter I've moved to the jumpsuit or the long sleeve shirt and pants. I'll even wear it under my drysuit. This is my 3rd vest. I beat them to death and would not dive without it!
