Got this to replace older 1080p model what a difference soo clear in the dark and day! Has AI tracking so shows you when a person is detected! Made out of metal and similar to my old one very durable!

I have another model which is still going good so decided to get an upgrade for more protection. Very easy to setup (top tip - do this indoors, near the router, before fitting it to your outside wall ;) )The light on this one acts as an outside light also which is a bonus for me on dark nights. I'm still getting notifications when the sun comes out and goes back in again so the AI function isn't that clever (yet) :( I've used the app for may years and its pretty good, also works well on the google TV app & Nest Hub. The PC software is a little clunky but very usable and if you have the knowhow you can edit the AppConfig file so you can alter other parameters on the camera. Overall I like this brand and for the price it does a decent job.

Excellent choice

I was initially impressed with the build quality of this CCTV camera, but unfortunately, it falls short in a major area: connectivity. This camera is not an IP camera and cannot be integrated into my own network recorder, as it lacks any open connectivity options. I find it incredibly frustrating that manufacturers choose to lock customers into their proprietary systems, limiting our choices and capabilities. It's 2023; we should have the freedom to integrate and customize our security systems as we see fit. This kind of restriction feels like a blatant attempt to keep us within a closed ecosystem, and it's unacceptable. I’m giving this product one star as a protest against such practices. Save your money and look for a camera that respects your ability to connect it to your own network.

Bought this to replace my old Ezviz security camera. There is a world apart from the old model. The clarity and detail in the 2k camera is outstanding. Linking to the app is easy and there is also a PC app you can download to watch on your computer. My only issue is the sensor is so sensitive it records long files. There is no internal memory, but will take an SD micro card and you can pay for use of the Ezviz cloud. Hopefully this has better weather proofing than the old model that filled up with water.

Great camera , and the volume is great for talk back . Easy to install and app is great . The intelligent detection can be hit and miss . It sometimes detects my cat as a human. Night vision is good too. The sd in the camera is good and deletes the oldest video first .

If you’re looking for a low budget camera which will add some peace at mind at an every day home it’s a decent choice. The pros: the camera has a siren and flashing lights that is effective at getting intruders attention. Also, it effectively picks up activations as long as you have the sensitivity in the middle or higher. Any lower, I’ve had people walk right past it with no activations at all. It is good against all weather and stands firmly in the wall when installed correctly. The playback is easy enough while not particularly advanced, does the job. The light is also quite illuminating giving its size and works well with the coloured night visitation in a small or medium garden. The microphone 2 way communication is also louder than expected, and clear enough for what you need. Perfect for a home with a small or medium target distance. Cons: my main concern is the “ human detection AI “ is practically none existent. With it on I’ve had dogs, cats, trousers on a washing line and even inanimate objects like barbells weights set it off. So if you don’t want activations from animals 24/7 ( e.g you live on a farm or woodland ) definitely consider another product. The siren while noticeable, is definitely not loud. You can test it indoors without having to cover your ears and outside without annoying your neighbours as long as it’s not consistent. Which for a siren, you want it to be loud. Also, the WiFi antennas aren’t amazing for outside your house. Even with the router right outside. If you plan on having this further than about 5 metres from your router I’d recommend an Ethernet connection or at least a WiFi booster closer to the camera ( with a 2.4 ghz output ) The quality, is decent. Not amazing. You may struggle to identify people accurately at more than 25 feet but for the budget of around £35 when I brought it, very good. The night vision with all modes is also very effective and the added option to have the light on for coloured night vision gives an added sense of security. I didn’t really appreciate the cloud storage. Sadly, you need to buy a separate subscription for each camera, and can’t use your storage shared with each one, which is very disappointing. Same for the device inspections although singularly it’s not that expensive, if you’re thinking of having multiple and aren’t too worried about budget you could probably be looking at better brands. Getting an SD card is a good option if it’s out of reach for intruders to steal but I recommend making sure it’s compatible first. For some reason not all SD cards work with these cameras as I brought one and it didn’t work at all. So I had to buy their own overpriced card. My last point may not be for every camera but happened to mine. The ball in which the camera rotates on in its fitting became very loose and I could not change where it points, it just dropped down. So I had to reinstall it the opposite way round so it would not fall, thankfully there’s a flip camera option within the EZVIZ app but this shouldn’t be a problem in the first place. Maybe something to do with the expanding of the metal in different weather, but I’m not sure. Overall, I have two of these cameras in my home and I’m confident in my security in the easily visible cameras and I can rely on them to work once you work out the settings and sensitivity ( even if it does pick up every movement ). On the bright side, the Human identifying AI does prevent activations from the rain in my experience, which is a common problem with non-AI cameras. So if you’re looking for a budget security setup for a bit of peace at mind in your average home, I can recommend this. Just make sure you have a way to connect an Ethernet. By a window for example.

Sturdy and very Good camera. Very easy to setup. You will have paywall to store recordings in cloud but you have an option for SD card as well. Expensive in my opinion.

Ho acquistato questa telecamera per monitorare l’esterno di casa e devo dire che ha superato le aspettative. La cosa che mi ha colpito subito è la qualità video: l’immagine è nitida sia di giorno che di notte. La visione notturna funziona molto bene, riesco a distinguere chiaramente persone e movimenti anche con poca luce. Installazione abbastanza semplice, basta avere un minimo di manualità. Una volta configurata, si collega senza problemi al WiFi e l’app EZVIZ è fatta davvero bene: intuitiva, veloce e con tutte le funzioni utili a portata di mano (live, notifiche, registrazioni). Le notifiche di movimento sono precise, non troppo invasive come temevo, e arrivano in tempo reale. Comoda anche la possibilità di controllare tutto da remoto quando non sono a casa. Materiali solidi e sembra resistente anche alle intemperie, cosa fondamentale per un uso esterno. Se devo trovare un piccolo neo: serve una buona connessione WiFi per sfruttarla al massimo, altrimenti può perdere un po’ di fluidità. 👉 Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, la consiglio a chi cerca una soluzione semplice ma efficace per la sicurezza domestica.

La cámara en sí está de lujo. Se monta fácil, se conecta relativamente fácil y se ve de maravilla. Tanto en día como en visión nocturna se aprecia bien las cosas. Cuenta con modo de detención de movimiento, para que te alerte al móvil mediante notificación si capta alguien la cámara. También tiene sirena, micrófono y puedes hablar a través de ella. A favor: calidad de imagen, sirena, microfono, almacenamiento por nube o tarjeta, app en la que puedes conectar más cámaras. En contra: Wifi (si no estás muy pegado apenas coge cobertura y tendrás que bajar mucho la calidad de imagen para poder verla fluida, si conectas por cable mucho mejor) y Almacenamiento de clip (desconozco si el almacenamiento en nube está bien, pero si pones que te almacene las grabaciones en la tarjeta SD, como lo tengo yo, no termina de grabar bien la secuencia, hay cortes o justo cuando quieres ver algo en ese momento no lo ha grabado)
