This mat is the silicone heat resistant mat instead of a ESD mat. Heat Resistant can reach 572°F.

Q: Can this product be used as a protective layer underneath a turky fryer?

I wouldn't trust it, it's pretty small, unless it's a tiny turkey in a tiny fryer.
