Estoy muy contenta con la compra del barril, cuando lo recibí pensé que era muy pequeño, pero al usarlo me di cuenta de que tiene un tamaño ideal si son pocas personas para compartir el asado. Es muy fácil de usar así uni no tenga experiencia. La carne quedó deliciosa. En el punto exacto. El chicharrón quedó delicioso. Recomiendo la compra de este barril.

It's six gallons, so 20% larger than a five gallon bucket. Plenty of space to cook a pork loin, but you're not gonna to make a whole turkey or anything like that in this. 20 pieces of charcoal or so will smoke for about 2 hours. This should last a lifetime really. Happy with the purchase.The family really liked smoked pulled pork. Two hours in this, one hour in the pressure cooker.

My husband is very happy with the end result , the beef, ribs and pork have a different flavor. he has only used it twice but he loves his barrel smoker.
