Very impressed with this. Value is through the roof with a visible thermometer on the lid and an easy on/off tab if you want to stop heating at a specific temperature rather than wait for it to reach boiling. Auto-off works perfectly. Comparing options, to have the adjustability to auto stop at a specific non-boiling temperature was just not worth the added cost of other products. Some of the others are just yikes in cost! This thing has been a tremendous daily use gadget for us.This looks sharp, and works very quickly. Quicker than it took to boil a pot previously. The most important thing for our family was that is has enough water to brew 32 oz of coffee for my wife and I to both have travel sized mugs on the go in the morning.I don't think anyone else should need this info, but this is actually our second purchase of this pot. The first day of owning the first one our middle school daughter fed off our new excitement and wanted to make a cup of tea while my wife and I were out. The base of the pot is plastic, and doesn't do well at all on the stove top. Came home to a sad and embarrassed child and a plastic mess to peel off the burner.BUT I discovered that with a Philips head screw driver all of the plastic and inner wiring can be removed, and now we have a charming black stove top pot at our cabin that actually works quite well. So if you have a similar snafu at least you can keep a working pot, even if no longer an electrical one.

Absolutely love it! Its heats up quickly and its fits in with my kitchen decor perfectly. I love the thermometer feature and automatic shut off feature for times when I've gotten distracted and forgot I was boiling water; I know whether or not the water is still hot enough for a good cup of tea. I use it every day at least twice a day. Buy it!

It heats fast, has an automatic shut off, and I like the gooseneck spout for precise coffee pouring. I got the black, it has a nice finish, and the thermometer is easy t read. I am very satisfied with the price, function, and look of this kettle. I've only had it a few months, but so far so good.

Update: May 2025, this kettle no longer heats all the way to boiling. It now shuts off at 190° F and max out at 194°. So it’s useable but not really ideal! I like my water to be boiling for my tea and light roast coffee.Just right for a second kettle so hubby can make his coffee while I am doing same! Also it works with the Bluetti AC180 I have. Many kettles need 1500 watts. This one is slightly less of a power draw.I will be taking this cute functional kettle will be in my car camping kit to make my coffee, tea, oatmeal and dehydrated food I carry for travel. I love the thermometer also.I love the gooseneck style spout as I use an Aeropress for coffee every morning. Our other kettle it is too large, heavy and awkward for me.
