Q: Would you consider this a navy blue? I'm looking for a dark blue charger.

No, it is definitely NOT navy or even royal/cobalt blue. Although a pretty color, it is much closer to a teal or turquoise blue.

Q: what shade of blue is this really? I have seen different comments and don't want to waste my time if it is too dark

The ones I received were turquoise/teal, definitely NOT cobalt blue even tho that is what they were marked on packaging and on chargers themselves. I returned them.
