I used one for first aid and one for my EDC stuff. They have adequate space for anything you may need to keep organized. The product is as described and depicted. The organizers inside are very helpful keeping it weighed evenly. Molle system, straps, and heavy duty Velcro. I would say these are high quality. Definitely recommend

I have smaller Molle pouches I have for a Get Home Bag. These are significantly larger, and a perfect size to get everything I like to carry for first Aid.It has more compartments than I could see. Great value. I’m gifting the second one to my son who works with youth in the outdoors.

These pouches are just right for making your own small first aid kit large enough to fit everything you need for small injuries bee stings etc. you pick what you want you don't have to carry a hundred bandaids you can choose what you really need for your kit

One contains eight two inch elastic bandage rolls attached to my field medic kit. The other my personal tarot deck and journal. These are perfect to this big mannee to augment the sporran chain.

This is a very sturdy ifak. Mounting options are good. The snaps are strong and hold. The storage is compartmentalized well. I use this as my main IFAK and for my wife's IFAK as well. This is a very good buy. I just wished it came in woodland camo.
