Great tasting & rehydrating
These are great. Easily dissolve in water without any effort and taste refreshing too. Great way to start your day by re-hydrating your body after 8 hours of sleep. Alternatively, perfect for fitness purposes too.

Improve my hydration
Love these, tried a different (cheaper) brand but gone back to these. Perfect on days when I feel dehydrated following exercise, alcohol 😉, tiredness or just run down. I mix one with about 550ml, drink half then top up, really feel my energy level picks up.

Already Open when it arrived
The item had been opened when it arrived. There were 29 sachets instead of 30 and now I’m questioning the authenticity of the product. Don’t buy!
