This products instructions may as well be in another language for all the good they were had to end up sending it back like alot of other people save yourself time and money I strongly suggest not buying it

instructions are not clear, does not seem to fit me, and I what you would call average, 34 inch waist, 5'10'' 80kg. only wanted it for a bit of toning and hoping for some strengthening, but have tried on numerous occasions with many sets of batteries to get it to work and it still isn't functional. It could just be mine, but I also cant seem to get it above level 2 on the intensity, although this is completely pointless as the lights are the only thing that works with this model. Would highly recommend biting the bullet and going for one of the more expensive and higher quality one from somewhere like slim fit or a trusted local brand. Very disappointed really

Arrived as planned next day and seems to be good value for money definitely works the muscles easy enough to piece together and assemble as long as you study instruction diagram.

Simple, seems easy to set up, tested it and it gave a massive buzz. Strong toning band. Would buy again. Great for the low price too.

I find this product good. Obviously it wont give you a six pack alone, but ive noticed a difference in firmness of my stomach.
