Nice performing blade
Works very well on a older Enco Turn Pro Band Saw. Shipped promptly and really was in stock as Imachinist advertised. Not shown in the product picture is a plastic tooth guard around the entire blade. This plastic guard not only keeps the blade from "sawing" through its packaging, it makes installation safe and hassle free. The blade cuts true and straight thanks to a very precise and equal tooth set. Variable tooth pitch is really the only way to go as it stops the combined harmonic vibrations that make for poor cuts and metal fatigued blade teeth. My blade varies in thickness by only 157 millionths of an inch. I set my bearing guides only one thousandth of an inch over blade thickness using bass shim stock. The original blade I purchased is still working fine after sawing everything from Acetal to zinc electrodes. Since I was happy with the first blade history I thought I should buy two more in consideration of future supply issues.

Needs better quality control.
The media could not be loaded. Update…. The manufacturer reached out to me and acknowledged the defect was a weld issue. They have since corrected the problem and made my situation right. I will give them another shot when I need new blades in the future. For the price, these blades should work out of the box. Unfortunately for me this blade was making a clacking sound when it came in contact with the pulley as you will hear in the video. After about 20 minutes I determined that the back side of the blade was not flat. I had to sit there with the marker and touch the blade as soon as I heard the noise and I finally narrowed it down.Ended up sanding down the area in question and as of now the blade does not make a sound when the saw is running. The picture above shows the blade area where I had to sand down a portion of itIt’s little things that matter.

It cuts!
So far I have only used this blade on mild steel, but it cut through 1/4" like a hot knife through butter! It's a stout blade that doesn't flex much and so makes it easy to cut straight. It will not cut a tight radius because it's 3/4" wide, if that should be your objective.

These are good blades.
Seems just as good as the Morse blades I used to buy for 2x the price.
