It helps with stomach pain relief, it tastes neutral since I mix it with juice. It helps with stimulating blood circulation on the scalp, so I mix it with other hair growth liquids as well as taking it for better sleep quality. It is a great supplement.

I am now on my 3rd bottle. It does help a lot. You must hold the liquid under your tongue for as long as you can, preferably till the cramp leaves. This (sublingual absorption) is the fastest absorption but the bottle didn't say that.

I have nightly leg cramps and I have been using oral magnesium and potassium with little help. The cramps would lock in (often in both legs at once!) and have me down on the floor in agony for up to 45 min. before subsiding. I started using the quinine... just one dose before bed for about a month now. Even though I have felt like I would get a cramp, the cramp never "locked in" since I have been using the quinine. Have reordered a larger bottle and plan to continue to use it on a nightly basis as it is the best preventative I have tried. Love it! Not unpleasant to take either!

MY 2nd PURCHASE. After only a few days of use my pain is gone. This has all but completely resolved my issues. Most every night I was in horrible horrible leg & hip pain plus my pain level was most days a (10) with tears, now it’s basically gone with very very few exceptions, last night I had discomfort that I’d rate NO more than a (2) on a scale Of 0-10. I swear by this. Please don’t ever stop making and selling this.
