The actual product is great. My hair feels great. I'm disappointed that I did not receive the promised hair tie (Like many other people)Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Just buy from a seller who doesn't promise an additional product.

I have very long hair, down to my lower back, but the ends tend to go crispy when the weather is dry... This shampoo and conditioner set is my first time trying Japanese hair care and it's SO GOOD!! I used it as soon as it arrived and my hair is SILKY SMOOTH and BEAUTIFUL!! I've already ordered 2 more sets, I never want to be without it! I also did get the hair tie, but to be honest I couldn't care less about it compared to this AMAZING hair care product!! I'll also be trying the hair mask soon!

Good item, but it doesn't come with the hair tie. Which it is advertising. So I did report it to Amazon, because false advertising is illegal...<3~A

Did not get the hair tie as advertized. Shampoo and condictioner arived and work well but hair tie is not in packaging
