This product has a decent range about 30 feet before I lose connection to my computer. They are very durable and a very short charging time. They connect to my computer with ease and last over eight hours on a single charge. The mic moves with ease and great sound quality. They function great having my ear open so I can still hear people talking around me is great.

I wish they would go louder. The sound was surprisingly good, but since it doesn’t cover your ear and you hear so much ambient noise you can’t always get these loud enough to still hear well in some conditions.I like everything else about it. People tell me the sound quality is excellent. Filters out background noise well. Best I’ve used.

The sound quality is great for podcasts and audiobooks, music is a little bit mixed with good and bad it'll play really well but pop here and there, but you'll have that with every Bluetooth audio system even the stupidly expensive ones. The onboard microphone is terrible, but the attachable one is fantastic not only in quality but convenience as well. Connectivity is as simple as boot it up and do all the things you normally do when setting up Bluetooth devices flawlessly easy. The convenience of the headset is great if you need to do something just pause and put it around your neck if you want to listen to something hook it around your ears and hit play, although my hair kinda grows out all poofy and it pushes the headset against my ears and it really hurts so keep your hair cut if you have hair like mine otherwise it's great. I've never had to charge my headset during the day the 12 hour battery life is truly 12 hours maybe even longer because I went from 7am to 2am next-day with continuous use. All in all of you're thinking about getting this please do you definitely get more than you pay for here it's a great value headset and it seems like it will last a while. 4/5, because of my sensitive ears it was very painful.

As a truck driver I have tried a few different styles and this by far is my favorite! Light weight, sound quality is great! The battery life is amazing! Usually can go a few 2-3 days of having it on and taking phone calls off and one between multiple phones it is connected to before needing to charge. Also very comfortable to wear! Would recommend and with this price you cannot beat this product!

Worked well for hands free cellphone use, clear sound and cancels background noise, 1 month into purchase they broke, filed on insurance that we purchased, and bought another set thinking maybe it was just one defective set, again one month later the second set broke only this time they broke at both ears. Had to tape them together until a different brand is delivered. Never buy these again.

So far I'm loving this headset. I needed something because the Bluetooth on my phone does weird things in the car and people can't hear me or I can't hear them. Also, somehow or another when I'm talking to my son I have to mute my phone to be able to hear him if there is low to moderate background noise.But this headset fixed all that. The detachable mic works great, and although I was worried I wouldn't be able to hear as well being that it's not an earbud Style said where the speakers actually go into the ears, if I'm being totally honest I think I can hear better with these than I can on my favorite bluetooth earbuds. Sound quality as far as base and whatnot aren't quite as good as those, but as far as talking on the phone, this is the best set that I have.My son says when I'm using this headset while driving, he can hear me almost as well as he can when I'm just sitting at the house talking on the phone not using the headset.You absolutely cannot beat the value of this thing for anything anywhere near the same price.Highly recommend!

I bought these to replace a different brand and was happy with them until yesterday when they would not take a charge. I tried several charging cables and chargers that worked on other devices so I suspect the units battery is gone. For warranty Amazon says to contact the manufacturer, but I can’t find any way to do that.Upon posting the above review the company promptly replaced the headset. They’re working fine. Customer Service stepped up so I upgraded the rating from 2 to 4 stars.5 Months in (2-Months on 2nd pair)Well yesterday the replacement set shut down and restarted a bunch of times on its own. I never got the usual warning that the battery was low or any of the usual prompts. I thought it maybe was the battery but the light kept cycling back and forth red to blue. When it finally stopped that it wouldn’t com back on. I charged it over night and it worked perfectly until midday. I can still hear audio from it but can’t answer or pick up a call or pause other audio nor can I turn it off. I use them for work and outdoor walks. I suspect they just can’t handle the sweat. After a second set not holding up I would like to return both for refund. Sad because the normal working battery life, sound quality and noise canceling are great.

I've had many headphones and getting loud enough ones where also people can hear me clearly is a challenge. These are excellent. Update: tested the mic and it's 100% fake!! The sound is great however when it gets loud it's hard to hear me. Probably due to the fake detachable mic!
